I'd love to read your Harry Watson, if anything about her strikes your fancy. Maybe a conversation between her and Sherlock about why she wasn't at John's wedding? Or maybe she shows up unannounced at 221b not long after John first moves in? Even a scene between Harry and Clara would be lovely.

I don’t think of Harry Watson as an actual character.

I hope there are no more “scenes” between her and her wife; her drinking problem was so severe her wife left her. Her wife should be able to live the rest of her life in peace.

Not only did she not come to the wedding, she didn’t even REPLY to the invitation. That’s significant. I imagine John wrote her out of his life long before–probably didn’t keep in touch once he left home for medical school and the army (it’s always sisters who do the letter-writing and phone-calling, anyhow, and she probably was not the sort of sister who did that). It probably killed him to have to ask her to come stay with her when he was discharged. Not only would it mean he had to spend time with her, but that he would “owe” her. It’s illustrative of the fact John Watson is ALONE. He has no friends, no family. He only has Sherlock.

There are few things I hate more than the “John has a normal/good relationship with his sister” trope in fic. He clearly has NO relationship with her, and he doesn’t even seem to be bothered about it. So I’m not either. I would be disappointed to see her show up in the series. Her whole purpose as a character is to NOT be there.
