A vector phot of my design for of a water fountain located in the middle of a roundabout in Al-Hasakah city - northeastern Syria.
Most of the roundabouts in the city of Hasaka are constructed a monument in it, whether it is a statue of a figure or a symbolic thing, and most of the old roundabouts have a water fountain in the middle. I do not know exactly the reason for this, but it may have been rich in water, as the area is known as the island because it is in the middle of the Tigris and Euphrates And passes through it many subsidiary rivers.
However, it is currently suffering from water scarcity as a result of the policies of Turkey and its militias in the region, and in recent days the pumping of water from the wells feeding the city has been stopped by the militias affiliated with Turkey that controlling the city of Ras al-Ain where the wells are located, in violation of the agreement concluded between them and the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
Therefore, I designed this image, which represents one of the well-known roundabouts in the city, with a water fountain in the center, and designed it without water as its current condition and an expression of the city's current situation.

أغلب الدوارات في مدينة الحسكة تم إنشاء نصُب فيها، سواء كانت تمثال لشخصية ما أو شيء رمزي، وأغلب الدورات القديمة تتوسطها نافورة مياه، لا ادري ما السبب في ذلك لكن ربما كانت سابقاً غنية بالمياه، فالمنطقة معروفة بالجزيرة نظراً لأنها تتوسط نهري دجلة والفرات ويمر فيها العديد من الأنهار الفرعية.
لكن حالياً تعاني من شح المياه نتيجة سياسات تركيا والميلشيات التابعة لها في المنطقة، وفي الأيام الأخيرة تم إيقاف ضخ المياه من الآبار المغذية للمدينة من قبل الميليشيات التابعة لتركيا والمسيطرة على مدينة رأس العين التي تقع فيها الآبار وذلك في خرق للإتفاق المبرم بينهم من طرف وبين الإدارة الذاتية من طرف آخر.
لذا صممت هذه الصورة والتي تمثل إحدى الدوارات المعروفة في المدينة والتي يتوسطها نافورة مياه، وصممتها بدون مياه كوضعها الحالي و تعبيراً عن وضع المدينة الحالي.
