Do you know what a slinger is? If so, probably you've been in a St Louis diner like Tiffany's. Like gooey butter cake, a slinger is a St Louis thing I'd not heard of before we began looking into our trip there. Unlike gooey butter cake and toasted raviolis, this hangover breakfast dish, wasn't high on our list of things to experience. That changed on our last morning.

Breakfast isn’t just a morning thing . This is from IHOP (international house of pancakes) it is a family restaurant that specializes in breakfast foods. What I love about this place is the old school dinning vibe it has, and of course the fact that you can walk in at whatever time of the day (since they are open till late) and have some breakfast 🍳
