Refuses to let them do any form of work, and if they want to work, then they need to have him or one of the other swords do it. he may concede if there’s tasks that need to be done urgently, but only if the tasks aren’t too difficult. If they don’t need to do it personally, then he’ll do it himself and won’t allow for any protests.
Stays by their side the entire time, so that if they need anything then he can immediately provide it. Whether it’s food, something to entertain themselves with like a game or a book, or whatever else. Would much prefer it if they would just go to sleep, instead of insisting on staying awake.
Helps Shokudaikiri make their meals, and insists on being the one to take it to them personally. Fusses over what’s would be a perfect meal for a sick person.

He wants to help them, but there really isn’t anything he can do since he’s not very capable with this sort of thing, so he can only sit back and pray for their safe recovery.
His brothers all agree that they want to help, so they agree on trying to do something for them.
In the end, they decided on get-well gifts. If they can’t help them, then maybe the sincerity of their feelings will get across to them and that’ll make them feel a little bit happier, at the very least?
Gokotai decided to make a charm that boosts good recovery, and asked for advice from swords like Ishikirimaru on how to make it, what should be put in it, things like that.
Insisted on giving it to them in person, despite protests from swords like Hasebe saying that they can’t have visitors since they’re sick.
When he sees them smile, and thank him for the lovely gift, he’s really happy, and can’t contain the joy. he was able to be of use.
