Used to do this in rehab </3 it was an open facility, we weren't allowed to leave but we had a ' campus ' to walk around ( with a staff member watching every move, of course). There was a long driveway into the open highway. Don't know why they would build a rehab / behavior centre on a HIGHWAY.

I've literally been so stressed that it's making me ill. Please take this as a reminder to take breaks, drink water, always try to get 8/9 hours of sleep, and eat as healthily as you can. My fingers are aching, my quads are aching. This is not for the weak.
