I saw someone say that Dick Grayson is the hero he is because Alfred raised him, and this fandom I swore they'd do anything to diminish Bruce. Seriously, who do you think raised Bruce then? And a while back I saw a post about Alfred's favorite son and a picture of Nightwing. I feel like I'm going crazy. Am I insane? Doesn't anyone see his flaws? Have they all been brainwashed? What's going on here? HELP ME!
HELPPPPPP
lmao anytime I see a post praising Alfred or-
omfg god forbid I saw a vid the other day and it was gorgeous artwork and truly so beautiful but it was someone like praising the fact that Damian named his son Alfred and-
listen. He's free to do wtv he wants or wtv and I know that the Fandom and the Writers never directly acknowledge how shitty Alfred is, but Damian Wayne would not fucking do that. I felt like I was reading a Y/N fic when I saw that because no he fucking would not do that.
They have to call Dick and Damian's kids Bruce 1 and Bruce 2 because neither of those guys are normal abt their dad and they would never name their kids after fuckin Alfred
(Also side note- I fuckin loathe it when I am writing a post abt Bruce and how cutsie he is and good things he does etc etc and someone comments "Okay but this with one of the batkids-" No. Fuck off. Make your own post. Don't take mine about Bruce and diminish him by crediting a different person with this. Stop it. [If you comment smth like that on my posts, be aware that I am purposefully ignoring you. I try to respond to every single comment I see, if I don't respond to yours it's for a reason])
Anyway yeah. Alfred Pennyworthless I will never not be a Hater and fuck he makes me so mad.
And while Alfred might be a dick and never say it outright- his favorite child is Bruce and lets take a fucking step back okay
Plus Bruce raised Dick. I'll say it once, I'll say it a thousand times;
Dick is the man he is revered for today because he was raised by Bruce. Bruce is the man he is hated for today because he was raised by Alfred.
They are not the same.
