Are you putting in work or are you on a mission? 🤔. . If you really want to make progress, goals will help you do that. Set small, incremental goals that that will lead to an overall goal. . As an example, say you want to pull a double bodyweight deadlift. Set your first goal at bodyweight, then 125% bodyweight, then 150% bodyweight, then 175% bodyweight, and then the final goal of 200% bodyweight. Or, if your goal is fat loss, set an overall goal and then break that down into increments of 5-10 pounds. . I feel that setting goals is invaluable for making progress. Whenever you have to figure something out, you have to investigate it. Investigations require an objective, questions, and plan of action. Most of us can come up with the health objective...
