B L O O D. There was lots of it. Too much of it. And the screaming. Oh God, the screaming was deafening. A part of him just wanted to cup his hands over his ears and run away until he couldn’t hear it anymore. But there was another part of him. A part of him that relished in the sound he could force from another person. A part of him that wanted to force more of the sound out until there was nothing left to give.
And that’s when he woke up. As he turned to and fro, all he could see were the confused faces of his classmates. He’d fallen asleep in class again. This was really beginning to become a problem. He looked over to see the concerned look that Scott gave him, matching it with what he hoped was a reassuring smile.
