Oscars 2017 headcanons:
- they cuddle under Phil’s quilt together, eating pringles and watching the Oscars.
- not only are they watching because it’s the Oscars. But because seeing that stage again brings back so many amazing memories of touring.
- Thinking about the tour makes Dan emotional but he won’t admit it.
- Phil can tell how emotional Dan is getting even though he is trying his best to keep his tears at bay.
- Phil tries desperately not to fall asleep this time. But, he can’t keep his eyes open any long. Dan, notices he’s asleep and wraps the quilt around Phil.
- He can’t resist snapping a photo of Phil; he looks so peaceful and beautiful laying next to him in a quilt burrito.
- He then shares it in order to keep on this back and forth of taking pictures of each other without the other noticing.
- after he takes the photo he scoots closer to Phil and places Phil’s head on his shoulder and then kisses the top of his head.
- Instinctively, Phil cuddles himself even more against Dan’s warm side; wrapping his arms around Dan’s left arm like a sloth and letting his legs join Dan’s on the ottoman in front of them.
- After he is settled, a small yet noticeable smile appears on his lips.
