What's some little fluffy head-canons do you have that you really like? Any monster! Any universe!
Oooo, um, hmm~ maybe not just fluffy, but tropes and ideas that I just love in monster writing
A monster that feels warmth for the first time from their partner. Not just anything intimate; but the first time they realize that they're being taken care of.
Their new partner/friend combs out knots in their fur or hair. And they're super gentle about it. Even getting something to soften the tangles so the comb doesn't snag too often.
The monster sits a little dumbfounded that their human is comfortably climbing over them to get at the tufts of stubborn fur. Talking to them about their day while the monster is slowly falling asleep under each stroke of the comb
Or when their human comes back after a long while! This gets me everytime! When the monster thinks, "they're not coming back." and then a few days later their human is banging on the front door, demanding to know why they've been locked out.
Nuzzles from the human for the first time. And the monster has to figure out if this is an intimate gesture or an affectionate gesture. Or if the human is just really enjoying the feel of their fur, hair, scales on their cheeks.
The bumbling of different courting rituals is always adorable. Gift giving that the human thinks is kind gestures; but the monster is professing their love and wishing to court through these presents.
Trial by combat and the victor gets the human. And their monster becomes absolutely unrecognisable in their focus to win. They gather their human up and take them away after decimating the competition with ease.
A monster lifting their human like a feral kitten because they're being stubborn/irritating or, better, it's how the monster moves them around.
I will always have love for protective monsters. Little touches to make sure their human is still beside them. Becomng more fierce/looking terrifying to scare off anyone that is upsetting their human. Only for their person to look back at them and their all heart-eyes and innocent smiles.
Hand-holding WHEN THE MONSTERS HANDS ARE MASSIVE IN COMPARISON!!
The human asking to be crushed and the monster doing so without question. Laying ontop of them or hugging them tightly until they hear something 'pop'.
❀ Is terrible with technology, at most uses a computer, most likely doesn’t use an IPhone. Still rocking a flip phone or Nokia.
❀ Definitely more of an animal person than a people person.
❀ Could see him interested in bugs though is too skittish to get close to them
❀ I like to think he actually enjoys going on walks, taking in the sounds of nature, listening to the birds and feeling the air - though isn’t much of a fan of warmer weather, he still likes to get out
❀ I feel that he’s a book warm, more so into gothic literature, short stories, anthologies, things of that nature!
❀ Poor dude is an insomniac, longest he went without sleep was 4 1/2 days, please get this boy some melatonin and a weighted blanket.
P2 Dude:
❀ Is lactose intolerant, it’s the real reason he’s so crabby.
❀ Despite being lactose intolerant, Dude will still eat or drink things containing dairy, not only to save the extra buck or too but out of spite, or just to torture himself.
❀ IBS on top of the lactose intolerance, a tummy ache veteran.
❀ Talks about Champ as if that were his son, that’s his furbaby! Respect the furbaby!!
P3 Dude:
❀ Will indeed quote early to mid 2000’s outdated memes, swear they’re still relevant and current.
❀ will bring up memes from ‘ye olden days’ then low key be insulted when someone doesn’t recognize what he’s referring too.
❀ Out of Context Simpsons pages? Yeah he runs those
❀ a absolute T E A S E !
❀ You may use your imagination for the previous one, wink wonk
❀ You guys dating and he sees your watching the animated Barbie movies, he’s invested, he’s watching them and LOVES them.
❀ He’s the goober when at the super market, has to go through the toy aisle and touch everything. He is not in and out, he has to mess with everything.
Movie Dude:
❀ Wants nothing more than to have his hair played with and to be in someone’s arms and feel loved.
❀ Honestly, can see him with a artsy hobby like scrapbooking or journaling, him or P1 Dude
❀ Does not like energy drinks, feels like his heart is trying to escape through his veins.
❀ Has a bad habit of picking his nails or skin when stressed.
❀ Likes Tetris and Word Searches
❀ Is probably the most tech savvy of Dudes, m a y b e
Finally worked up the courage to allow asks on my blog. I'm not taking writing requests at the moment, but I'd love to discuss writing, oc's, head-canons, etc. with anyone who's interested!

If the gauntlet can detect it…and if possible to do without Misty attention. The stuffed dog was made of a soul. Right down to the stuffing there’s a German Shepard that’s been infused. It’s also utterly nervous. Please ignore him…
Leo would definitely stop flirting in such a romantic way with other girls after they start dating
Leo would watch Disney movies with Calypso
Why Disney movies? Because it reminds him of his younger, happier days - the ones he's having now, because he's FINALLY dating Calypso
They wouldn't have much PDA, because Calypso is too uncomfortable with it
To people who don't know them, they would think that they're enemies
Leo would give Calypso a phone he made himself - the very 1st one -
Calypso's the brains of the two
Calypso would make ancient Greek dishes for just the two of them
Calypso would make all of Leo's clothes fire-proof
Piper would totally attack them (verbally) if she caught them making out; Piper would also take a photos for blackmail and just to have a picture of them
Leo would propose either of these 3 ways:
^Above^ | Leo proposes in Spanish to confuse Calypso and after he took out the ring, she understood and said yes (Calypso would learn Spanish after that

Leo: You know, you don't have a last name
Calypso: Yeah, so?
Leo: Well, people might get suspicious; but, you can always change it Valdez! *winks*
Calypso: *Tosses a frying pan at him*
Leo: *Puppy dog eyes*
Calypso: Alright, alright *Sounds like she is groaning, but she is internally smiling the brightest smile the world has seen*

Taking a break from the main characters to give you this!
- You had asked your parents for puppies once, but...
- These grunts are no ordinary patients you see. They're used as test subjects by Nexus. Being abused by the workers there, except you.
- You're very much against the way the patients are being treated, but there really is nothing much you can do as a simple nurse against a giant organisation.
- You have tried your best to be sympathetic towards the patients, be a bit more respectful and gentler. There is this snarky orderly; Gunther. He didn't like you from the start, although he is not openly hostile towards you. You worry for your own safety sometimes. It was easy to notice that the orderly is just as unstable as the patients are. That could be a problem.
- at first, the patients were just as afraid of you as they were with every other worker. You can understand why they where wary of you at first. You didn't give up, mostly taking it slow with the patients and earning their trust first.
- it was really heartbreaking to see a patient cower before you, him expecting to be beaten for any minor mishaps.
You wanted to show him that you don't want to hurt him but help him. But he flinched away as you got closer.
- The rest of the orderly disapproves of your methods of treatment, but doesn't actually do anything to stop you. Gunther; your colleague can complain all he wants. Your way of treatment is much better. He's just in denial.
- You earned one patient's trust, by feeding him slices of an apple. All patients get stale bread as the only food source.
He loved it! The look of pure enjoyment as he chews on the sweet fruit was heartwarming.
- apparently, that patient had spread the word and now patients not assigned to you, walk up to you and meekly ask for food. Of course, you didn't day now to that and fed all the patients sweet fruit. You became known as the nice handler around the asylum.
- You make some progress, now all the patients get apple slices in their daily meals, that's good. They need more vitamins in their diet. All of the patients got some more colour on their faces with the change of diet.
- While watching a group of patients one day. You gained another patient's trust by helping him get up after he fell over and couldn't get up (because his hands are tied down by the straight jacket) Gently taking him by the shoulders and lifting him to stand.
- it felt weird for the patient to feel something other than pain. He didn't know what to say, and merely mumbled a soft "th-thank you." and waddled away out of embarrassment.
- You began telling a group of patients stories, as a way of positive stimuli. Rather than this gloomy facility. You have told them all the best fairytales you know, along with a few fabricated stories of your own. It doesn't matter if they're good or bad, the patients are happy either way.
- All the patients sitting or laying on the ground as you tell a story. And with every story, one patient is allowed to lay his head on your lap. You can feel the patient on your lap purr as you stroke his head. Sometimes nuzzling into your hand if you stop stroking. It's not uncommon for a patient to fall asleep while on your lap.
- Patients started to like you more and more since you're so nice and understanding to them. You're the favourite worker of all the patients, in fact.
- There is this one patient, that you nicknamed; Squid. Because he is so flexible and agile, keeps crawling and squirming into the strangest places.
- Squid is a patient assigned to you. So when this guy goes missing, it's your job to find him and look after him.
He has no regard for his own safety and always gets found with a new wound somewhere, which you have to treat every time.
- One time, Squid has found his way into the vents of his cell again. You had to coax him out of there as he's having a bad episode again. Reluctantly Squid crawls out of the vents, and bawls his nonexistent eyes out in your shoulder as you comfort him in an embrace. At that moment he wishes he could hug you back. Squid always rubs his face into your scrubs, basically using the fabric to wipe his tears.
- The first guy who you fed apple slices to, you call him; Tooth. As you fed him, you noticed his bulky and sharp teeth.
Tooth is a biter and is quite aggressive when overwhelmed. Tends to bite and attack workers, but he listens to you at least.
- You heard the other workers consider removing all of Tooth's teeth, to make him stop biting. And muzzles don't work since he keeps biting through them. However, you advised strongly against it and made clear that it wouldn't help at all. You even had an argument with Gunther over it.
He is always irritated with the way you treat those lunatics too nicely. Gunther believes they don't deserve that treatment. Or perhaps he is jealous...
- You get called when Tooth is out of control. He attacked another patient and was screaming your name. Tooth is aware that you help ease the stress, and always calls for you when he is having an episode.
- Once Tooth saw you arrive on the scene, he scrambled towards and presses his body against yours in a sort of hug.
"Make it stop (Y/n)! The scratching won't stop! It's in the walls!" He cries into your shoulder. You try your best to console him with a firm hug.
- Tooth gets to listen to music now and then, he claims it calms him, and according to evidence it's true. You got him a portable CD player, and some CDs of music to listen to. And Tooth has gotten much better ever since.
- The patients are very much improved ever since you arrived to help them, but you know that they'll never be released when they gained some sanity again. Nexus likes to keep their test subjects.
- One day you plan to get some patients out, once they're stable enough. You haven't told a single soul about this yet. But you see how good Squid has been these past weeks, maybe it's time for his 'release' (escape) soon, you hope...
