"So, anyway I started blasting and--" Suddenly and without warning, darkness consumes the little dorm room that acted as Shiro's den, casting he and Mitch into an environment that was equally familiar and haunting to the Paladin's eyes.

God damn, lousy-ass breakers... The old priest sighs internally and externally before he stands up, grunting and groaning the whole way because his joints can't do anything except pop and protest against the movement - and the sitting position he had just been in.

"I might," says the boy who's totally not wearing Sailor Moon themed sneakers right now. "What's up?" He leans on the surface top with an arm draped over, listening intently as Susie goes on. When finished, his fingers start to drum over the countertop as he thinks. "Depends on what you want. Personally? I'd try asking my guy to see if she can make something, and pay whatever price she's got. She's made clothes for me before, actually," he takes out his phone for a moment to find a cropped photo of him in a purple jacket, and show it off to Susie. "For full outfits you might be giving up a lot of cash though." Which, well, he isn't going to say it, but Susie definitely doesn't have that sort of money. "You'll prolly want to stick with a 'closet cosplay," he continued after a moment of letting Susie look, and then withdraws his phone to look up the phrase and show all sorts of pictures. "You find garments by using what you already got or thrifting, and try piecing things together yourself. Some use crafts material too - I heard of guys modeling large chunks of styrofoam or cardboard to make swords, foam sheets for helmets..."

Yeah, Susie knows she's broke. "Problem is none of what i got is leather. or spiked. I guess Kris' knife works for their sword or whatever, but like... ugh here i was thinking i could surprise them but no they're the craftsy one who could make styrofoam armor. probably even before I ate it." Was she Joking? No. Neither of those two seem to joke about eating things they shouldn't.

"ugh, literally none of my closet comes close to it either..." and she suddenly makes a face, shaking some stray thought away. "well. I guess thanks anyways, or whatnot. Just have to figure something else out. Not like I can dress up like a monster." At least shes' trying ot leave it off with a joke?
