Wonky, awkward - someone else might've said it has 'heart.' It's not the first woodcarving gift he's received from Kris - didn't the carving look better then? More... professional. Simple, maybe... but better. Then again, he knows squat about woodcarving.

He carefully takes the head, giving it a slight wave. "What's this about?" An indirect 'what's wrong-' it's sloppy, why is that? Amateur, difficulty, or something else?

Oh, dear. Oh, dear.

Sir Topham Hatt was taking in the sight before him in Knapford Station. It wasn't pretty. Windows shattered along the shops, tracks up-hinged with the metal sleepers twisted at odd angles, Gordon's coaches completely tipped over on their sides. Dents and scratches all over the passenger cars as if they went through a sudden war zone. Let alone, there was a rare expression of shock on the Express engine's face as if he witnessed something that he perhaps wasn't supposed to see.

"A glitch, apparently." The controller finally spoke, turning sharply to face Mitch. He didn't look very happy. "A glitch, whatever tomfoolery that may be, that started a mass panic and all this destruction on my railway! And it all came from you, sir! Just who do you think you are?"
