A determined, although lingering, soul. There's no telling whether a particular paring pugot's head is even still recoverable. Should you find yourself approached and asked for help, would you choose to try and aid such a wandering spirit?
"The Paring Pugot"
Paring Pugot- Also known as the Headless Priest, is a mythical fiend or ghost of a priest whose restless soul is on a quest to find and reunite with his severed head. It only haunts around the holy grounds of the church, where he frequently serves his church duties when they are alive. The Paring Pugot haunts at night on any trespassers strolling in their church, or otherwise, the headless priest desperately asking for help finding its head. The Paring Pugot is originally from the famous story Gomburza. The story tells about three priests in the Philippines. Father Gomez, Burgos, and Zamora are accusing of urging Filipinos to fought against Spaniards. Then they were soon executed by beheading a death device called Garrote. However, they are so haunted by searching for its missing head. Sometimes they carried its head around while ghostly around the church. People believed that even though the Paring Pugot always carried out their missing head or saw where its head was. The priest may not be able to rest because of how long they'd been in the church or wouldn't accept their death. Although, the head they carried isn't originally their head. But it is another person's head who they slaughter for trespassing the holy ground. The Paring Pugot appears to look human when they're originally alive. However, after getting beheaded, they'll become a headless ghost wearing its priest clothing, sometimes carrying its head or any holy ceremonial objects, commonly a holy cross. Cian was the headless priest after his master/"stepfather" passed his legacy to Addy. However, what lies under Cian's smile that blinded the eyes of people who view him as a perfectionist? Well, he isn't what he seems, because of whatever mistakes he had caused so badly to escape his so-called "perfect life" after being pressured. Oh, you'll be the one to be off with your head if you dare did something that he considered unholy.

Two ghost-priests
They say that there are two ghosts in the garden that surrounds the rectory (In Nykøbing Falster) on three sides. One of them, walks right outside the windows of the livinghouse, is a priest without head; his head he carries under the arm and when he reaches the fence he turns around; he does not leave the garden. It is in the southern part of the garden he roams. In the western part of the garden the other ghost roams; this is also a priest but has his head in the right place. When the two meet they turn around immediately and each goes his own way again; to this day nobody has seen them speak to each other. Of the source for these ghost-stories I didn't find anything, so I suppose they are very old.* *this must be a comment by the person who collected this ghost tale (and others) and sent them to Svend Grundtvig who published it. (I think it is really interesting with these priests. I wonder if one was beheaded by the other and if that could be the reason that they do not wish to interact at all.)
According to local belief, Jeruk Purut is haunted by the ghost of a decapitated pastor. The ghost is said to carry its head around with it, and be followed by a large black dog. He is reportedly looking for his grave, which is said to not be in Jeruk Purut but Tanah Kusir Cemetery.
Hantu Jeruk Purut (Ghost of Jeruk Purut) is a 2006 Indonesian horror film directed by Koya Pagayo and starring Angie, Sheila Marcia Joseph, and Samuel Z Heckenbucker. It tells the story of an aspiring writer who is haunted by the ghost she is investigating. Anna, a mystery writer, goes to Jeruk Purut Cemetery to look for information about the cemetery's legendary ghost, the headless pastor. After she begins writing, she is haunted by the pastor. Fearing for her life, she gives her notes to her fan, the high school student Airin (Angie); not long afterwards she is killed.
