The truth is they will never know the depth, and complexity of the wound they left you with. They will understand that they did wrong, and it hurt you. They will not understand what damage, and challenges you will have to overcome to move past that. It’s not their fault that they don’t understand, but most of all it’s not yours either for being placed with the challenge of overcoming the hurt. It is not impossible to heal the hurt. It’s not impossible to find peace in pain. Your joy is within reach.
Heal Darlin’. It’s time to heal.

Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Hello and welcome to my very first kitchen witch post! I recently decided that I really wanted to bring my craft to the kitchen because I love to cook and I wanted to feel more closer to my practice. So what better way to do so then to bring my two favorite things together! Last night I decided to make my favorite meal for when I’m starting to feel sick or when I am sick. This is my first recipe ever that I’ve added a little witch twist to! Feel free to adjust this recipe to fit your needs.
Disclaimer: This recipe is not to be used as a substitution for not going to a doctor! If you’re sick you should seek out medical attention first! This recipe was simply made to help my friend feel better and to make sure that their body is being nourished.
Ingredients:
diced chicken
butter
2 cans cream of chicken
3 cups of milk
1 1/2 cup of water
2 chicken flavored buoyon cubes
wide egg noodles
crushed rosemary
rubbed sage
thyme
garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
To start of you will want to take a stick of butter and melt it in a skillet for your chicken. Once the butter has melted add your chicken and salt to your desire.
While your chicken is cooking you can go ahead and start the process of cooking your noodles. Take out a pot and add your two cans of cream of chicken, 2 buoyon cubes, and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring this to a light boil. Remember to stir this mixture while you are waiting for it to boil.
Now while you are waiting for the mixture to boil add your spices! I added just pinch of sage (be careful how much you use it’s very overpowering), rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder. You will want to measure according to your taste. Stir the mixture together. Why use the herbs listed above? Well sage can be used for cleansing, purification, healing, and dispelling negative energy. Rosemary can be used for healing, dispelling negative energy, and cleansing. Thyme can be used for strength, banishing, cleansing, and healing. Last but not least garlic powder can also be used for healing, protection, banishing, cleansing, and purification.
Now once this mixture comes to a light boil you will want to add 3 cups of milk and keep stirring until it starts the boil. Now while I stir I start clockwise and think of all the good healing energy I would like to put into the mixture. You can even say an incantation if you would like! Then I will stir counterclockwise thinking about all the bad energies and sickness that is in their bodies disappearing.
Once your mixture has come to a boiling point add your noodles and keep stirring until it starts to get thick. Add another cup of water and keep it stirred until your noodles are cooked right for you! When your noodles are nice and soft add your chicken to the soup and serve it!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy this recipe and I can’t wait to share more with you guys! This was a fun experiment for me to try out my witchcraft with my cooking skills! If you try this recipe please let me know how it turned out for you!
With 2-2-2 coming, I’m expecting to put in a lot of time on the murder witch...Especially with the Brig changes. Good thing I like playing her. <3
