🥹🥹🥹 I picked it up and hugged it, which probably looked very weird to any patrons or staff that might've seen it, but I don't care 😅

Self-promotion is turning out to be one of the most difficult things I've ever attempted. It goes against everything my little little deconstructing exvangelical brain was taught. Growing up, I wasn't supposed to brag about the things I'd done, and if I was given any compliments, I was taught to say, "It wasn't me, it was the Lord.".
I have always struggled with completing things. I wrote, edited, and self-published this book, and I did a pretty damn good job. It's not perfect, but that's okay. I'm insanely proud of myself for not giving up and seeing this through from start to finish.
This book tells a sweet story about healing. It tackles difficult subjects with gentleness and compassion. There's angst, but there's also humor and joy.
I want people to read this book. I want people to know it exists.
So, if you're looking for something new to read, I'd like to throw Healing Notes into the ring for consideration.

P.S. Yes, this story did start life as an au Reylo fanfic. Writing fanfic changed my life and rescued me from a very deep depression pit. I have met wonderful people and made lasting friendships because of my fanfic writing.
