When people think of additions they think of bad things, unhealthy lifestyle, maybe even damaging of the health.
I am out to change these habits, additions and hopefully change them to healthy additions that will help you achieve your goals, live a healthy lifestyle and be the best person that you can be inside and out.
Some of the healthy habits I have are being organized, tea (seriously), healthy supplements, yoga, reading self help books and again tea hahahaha.
Those lists of things are hardly unhealthy and yet when people think of additions they think unhealthy. What if someone who had a unhealthy addition can slowly take actions and steps to become addicted to healthier choices?
Some ideas might include the following, coloring, walking, learning, swimming, mediation, hiking, giving helpful advice, starting a new adventure, scrapbooking, getting fit, cooking and much much more.
People who have unhealthy additions are still humans, are still raw and real and need help and path changing advice from people to make better decisions for themselves. What if we help instead of back stabbing we do something that can help those people addicted to unhealthy lifestyles in the community?
This week I am going to the mental health centre of nova Scotia and I am going to start a free mindfulness workshop for those who could really use the help and advice and unjudgemental outlook of someone. Even if we change one person's mindset thats helping our community a lot.
