140g avelãs, amêndoas ou outro fruto seco a gosto;
20 tâmaras, pequenas/médias;
2 clh.sp. farinha de alfarroba;
1 clh.sp. cacau cru em pó;
2 clh.ch. spirulina;
1 clh.ch. lucuma;
2 clh.sp. óleo de coco, cru;
1/4 clh.ch. sal.
1/4 chv. coco ralado;
1/4 chv. bagas de goji, picadas;
1/4 chv. flores secas;
1/4 chv. pistácios, picados.
Comece por retirar o caroço às tâmaras e demolhe-as durante 30 minutos, caso seja necessário.
Depois de moles, remova a água e seque-as o máximo possível.
Coloque todos os ingredientes no processador e triture até obter a consistência desejada ou até que uma bola homogénea de massa se forme. Guarde a mistura no frigorífico durante cerca de 1 hora para que seja mais fácil formar as bolas.
Remova do frigorífico, forme as bolas e envolva-as conforme desejar.

Yield around 20 balls
Ingredients:
140g hazelnuts, almonds or any other nut of your choice;
20 small/medium dates;
2 tbsp carob powder;
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder;
2 tsp spirulina;
1 tsp lucuma;
2 tbsp cold presed coconut oil;
1/4 tsp salt.
1/4 cup shredded coconut;
1/4 cup chopped goji;
1/4 cup dried flowers;
1/4 cup chopped pistachios.
Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes, if necessary.
Once soft, discard the water and dry them as much as you can.
Put all the ingredients into the food processor and pulse until you get the desired consistency and all ingredients form a huge ball. Store in the fridge for an hour.
Remove from the fridge, form the balls and coat them as you wish.
Note. you can eat some straight away and freeze the others for another time.
