This skinny fudge recipe lets you enjoy the smooth, creamy goodness of peanut butter and chocolate. It takes a traditional treat and makes it healthier without changing the taste.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x9-inch square baking dish, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 20 seconds while heating it in the microwave until it is smooth and well mixed. Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix well until everything is well mixed. Put the mix into the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. You can freeze the dish for two hours or until the fudge is firm. Take the fudge out of the freezer and cut it into little squares. The Skinny Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge should be kept in the fridge until it's time to serve. Have fun!
