These chicken broccoli cheese stuffed shells are a delicious and comforting meal that combines tender chicken, broccoli, and three types of cheese, all stuffed into pasta shells and baked to perfection.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded. 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to package instructions. 2 cups marinara sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken mixture. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the top of the stuffed shells. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
