WEIGHT LOSS GOALS FOR 2023
1. Instead of resolving to "lose weight," set specific, attainable goals, such as "lose 10 pounds in three months" or "exercise for at least 30 minutes five days a week." This will make it easier for you to track your progress and give you something concrete to work towards.
