Thought about Capitão and how he is a 3 speed operator despite his age. What's the secret, Mr Souza? Is it:

1. A God-given physique that's made for fast running with maximum endurance?

2. All of the 3 speed operators running same speed in unison to plan better tactics, so you may be running in your maximum speed while the younger 3 speed operators (who can run way faster than you) are just matching their run according to the regulations?

3. That you have this crazy regimen and self-training that keeps your physique and legs in optimum condition to prolong your prime?

Or

4. All of the above?
