Never blame yourself for the bad things that manifest
We’ve all dealt with bad things in our lives. Even some extremely traumatic situations. Everyone’s aware of this.
So, if life reflects who we are and our subconscious, why have these things happened? Should we blame ourselves?
Well, none of it was intentional. We had expectations put onto us that bad and traumatic things can happen to us that are beyond our control. So, things like that can develop based on those subconscious expectations. You can’t blame yourself for it.
Don’t take advice from anyone who makes you feel like it’s your fault and you gotta push yourself harder. That’s toxic. It’ll give you such a bad mentality and make you feel as if you’re supposed to “get over” or not react to bad situations, or blame yourself for every bad thing that happens.
Consciously manifesting what you want can feel harder if you’ve dealt with a lot of bad situations/experiences and may still be in this current moment. But does it mean you can’t or will never get to a point where you can? Absolutely not.
It might take you time to heal or to get in the mental state of feeling you can manifest everything you want. And that’s okay if it does. There’s no set “timeline,” there’s no shame in it taking time to manifest what you want. Speaking from personal experience, it’s taken me time and I’m still using a lot of techniques to help me feel I can manifest.
I might’ve written about this before, but I don’t care if I have. It’s such an important reminder. It’s important to understand that Law of Assumption isn’t something that involves or embodies “toxic positivity.”
