for the first time ever, i celebrated something with queer, witch community. we lit a hearth together and performed a release and manifestation ritual together. it was beautiful. it was the community i have yearned and prayed to Hestia for, for so long. What an exhausting week. I need to remember that I may be mostly recovered from burnout, but I still need to manage my spoons, largely to avoid a relapse.
I had planned to go the gym today, but I don't think it would be good for me. Which is frustrating, I want to exercise more and get stronger and fitter. But I won't be strong and fit if I burn out.
So instead, today I will do some gentle housework and otherwise rest.

i finally focused in & made a dedicated hearth altar on my spice rack. it’s tiny, but matches the spirit of my tiny apartment. and most importantly, it’s simple enough for me to maintain & interact with easily in my daily life✨
i’m trying to get better at hearth craft and maintaining my home.
my adhd makes it a challenge to treat my home the way it deserves, so i’m hoping by including it into my spiritual practice, i can turn cleaning into mini rituals and spells, or lean on my home based allied spirits for some guidance.
