Never let her art die.
Rest in peace Yufka, the internet did not deserve you. May she rest well in the afterlife.
It is horrible how the Kiwifarms trolls, once sealed away in the corners of 4chan, have become comfortable and their thought patterns have become mainstream.
It is also horrible that everyone on Twitter right now values her parents' religion (despite them traumatizing her) over her wish to be remembered as an artist.
Please don't stop saving and reposting her art if you have it. She wouldn't have wanted her family deleting everything and calling her a filthy sinner instead of speaking with compassion and love for once.
A yufka archive I found on Pinterest if u guys wanna take a look bc I WILL NOT let her art die
My apologies for not making a post about this earlier.
I heard about Yufka's death really early on and I genuinely wanted to bawl tears. I feel anger and frustration at my own community and fandom, and just people in general who harassed her.
Yufka's family has every right to take legal action against the people who drove her to the point of taking her own life.
And to the people who were saying that she deserved to die or that what she was doing, genuinely fuck off. We don’t know her religious status and even if we did, it give them no right or excuse to say such disgusting things about her and her death.
Sin or not, she enjoyed drawing and being an artist. Making art for a fandom and a show she liked and that shouldn’t be a reason for people to say horrible things about her over her interests.
May she rest in peace. Yufka, you will not be forgotten.

So, I haven't been online for ages. I came back on today and found out that one of my favourite alnst artists has passed away, and I started sobbing. My absolute best wishes to her family, friends, fellow fans, and community. Her impact on the alnst community itself was massive and her art was absolutely incredible. Please tag me in any art re-posts, or attach them here, of her works.
heartiaac, you are and will continue to be missed. Thank you for playing such a big part in a lot of alnst fans lifes. 🕊
