Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180C 355F. Place the pork ribs in a large bowl. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and chopped red chillies. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly. Heat vegetable oil in an ovenproof pan over high heat. Brown the pork ribs on all sides. Pour the caramel sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the ribs are tender, basting with the sauce every 30 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 12 oz penne pasta, uncooked. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Green onions, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: In a crockpot, combine diced chicken, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in softened cream cheese until well combined. Meanwhile, cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Once chicken mixture is done cooking, stir in cooked penne pasta until fully coated.
