Was gonna save this for Sinday, but eh. Regan Wyngarde aka Lady Mastermind and Lifeguard aka Heather Cameron both debuted (and fought with each other) in the first X-Men trade paperback that I bought. I always got the vibe that Regan was gay and coming on to Heather a little...I was in middle school and didn’t yet realize that this was written by Chris Claremont so OF COURSE SHE WAS. Monet St. Croix and Heather “Lifeguard” Cameron! They’ve never even met in canon, I was just mashing random X-Ladies together for fun and practice. I tried out LOTS of new stuff with this, and I think all of it worked pretty well. I’m proud of this piece, I think it’s very pretty. Done in Krita!
