You hear me yell Hold during the video which is our word to stop in place. Anyone who sees an unsafe situation may yell hold so they can keep others safe. A Hold is resumed with all fighters staying in place, the issue resolved or individual hurt removed from the field, and a three, two, one countdown finished with a Lay-on command to resume fighting.

So, the sides finally come together for the first time since I bought it, but now my shoulders are bigger, and the gorget is strangling me. The whole kit will need re-padded and re-strapped.
