darth plagueis murders someone in front of a crowd by holding her hands to hide the force lightning that's boiling her blood - and completely gets away with it

plagueis interferes with a shapeshifter changing forms, forcing them to be permanently stuck in the transition phase looking like two different species

plagueis experiments on his rival's midichlorians for over a decade, killing and reviving him multiple times until his organs give out

darth sidious installs his lightsaber into a piece of art he keeps in his office and just doesn't use it again for like 30 years

plagueis uses force speed to move faster than the falling rain

plagueis and sidious pull out a man's still-beating heart and eat it

plagueis survives an assassination attempt by deliberately stopping two of his hearts and letting himself bleed out just enough that the assassins assume he's dead

sidious murders a senator by burning him inside some curtains and watching him roast alive

not to be a Cosinga Palpatine apologist but I genuinely understand his frustration and tension with his oldest son, Sheev. Like imagine you the leader of a Noble House on Naboo, you got real life bullshit to deal with. And your 17 year old son is fucking around at Theed University, dgaf about politics and has no hobbies outside petty crime and being a wealthy menace to society, and tryna be a competitive landspeeder racer. Probably selling space za on the side for no reason.

then he meets this daddy longhead ass catty Muun who you know is tryna exploit your planet's resources. Keep in mind, mfs dont even know each other like that, but Sheev siding with Plageuis to spite his dad.

if im Cosinga, im also losing my mind too bc this fr some bullshit. Like Im sure Cosinga wasnt perfect, but also, the 3rd person character pov's narrator is giving unreliable bc was he really a bad person or did he just have a low tolerance for Sheev's bullshit?

We've seen what longterm Sheev Palpatine Exposure from millions of miles away did to Luthen Rael. We know what lifetime Sheev Palpatine Exposure did to Maul. Imagine that your son and you trapped with him at his most unrefined and most immature. Yeah, he cant use force electricity yet but you know he was moving like the Kid from Babadook in his formative years.
