Billy finding out Steve has no gag reflex though not in the way he would have hoped. There’s the pool, a hot summers day, the kids, popsicles and a naive Steve without a gag reflex. Queue Billy dying and nearly falling out of his high chair trying to get a better look.

ahhh okay! this has sparked some #competitiveboys thoughts for me!! i’m thinking about billy being all look what i can do to a popsicle he got at the snack stand during his 15 minute break, knowing that steve will be watching him. so he’s just leaning against the fence licking at his popsicle suggestively while steve looks on, getting all flustered. billy gives him a wink after he licks the last of it off the popsicle stick and then walks back over to his lifeguard stand.

steve is all i’ll show him and marches up to the snack stand to get his own popsicle. and no, steve has never deep throated a popsicle before but how hard can it be?? he sucks it all down in one go. and billy, who had his whistle resting between his lips, spits it out at the sight of steve doing that.
