Hellboy x daughter reader
Hellboy fell as he let out a pain sound. He opens his eyes as he remember last was Liz yelling. He was in the Base but it was different. He remembers the time machine that a psycho was messing with as he sit up
He hired yelling they're sound younger as he opens the door a young kid no older then 16 or 17. Yelling at a ancient. As he try to calm her down. Then he made a cough noises " hay what going on here" he looks at the kid and see his own eyes looking at him. He remembers he was sent into the future Liz was only 6 months pregnant but here his own kid or what he hoped is his kid " umm well this is going to take a lot of explaining" he mumbling.
(y/n) looks at him as she looks at the agent then him " what...how..." (Y/n) pulled out her gun " are you a shifter"
Hellboy throws up his hands and takes a step back, looking perplexed. "Whoa, easy there kiddo! I'm not a shifter, I'm..." He pauses, then sighs. "I'm Hellboy. And this here is Agent Myers and...your mother."He glances at the distraught agent. "I think there's been a bit of a mix-up with time. I'm not supposed to be here...not like this. But look, I need you to put the gun down, alright? I'm not here to hurt anyone."
Hellboy takes a gentle step forward, his eyes imploring. "Please, just...let me explain. I think you've got a right to know the truth. All of you do." He glances at Myers. "But first, let's all just...take a deep breath. We're on the same side here. I swear it."
Hellboy holds his left hand up in a peaceful gesture, looking at the young (y/n) . "I know this is a lot to take in. Believe me, I'm still trying to wrap my own head around it. But I promise, you're safe. We all are...for now."He looks at Myers. "I need you to trust me, John. Like I trusted you...once upon a time. Now, can we all just...sit down and talk about this? I think we've got a lot of catching up to do."
Hellboy slowly lowers his hand, taking a tentative step closer to (y/n), his eyes full of a mix of wonder, sadness and desperation. "I know your mom...Liz. I love your mom. And I think...I think you might be my daughter. But we've got to figure this out together. All of us. As a family."He glances at the agent, hoping for backup. "What do you say, John? Think it's time for a real heart to heart, don't you?"
(y/n) gun didn't leave him " my mom is dead my dad is missing from action. " She say. " Why should I believe you" Hellboy's expression softens with sympathy as he hears the pain in (y/n)'s voice. He takes another slow, careful step towards her, his hands still raised in a non-threatening gesture.
"I...I'm so sorry about your mom, kiddo. Truly. And I know it must seem crazy, me just showing up out of nowhere like this. But you've got to believe me when I say...your dad, he's out there somewhere. He never stopped looking for answers. And in a way...he found them."
Hellboy's gaze drifts to his own stone right hand, the Hand of Doom, before meeting (y/n)'s eyes once more. His voice is filled with sincerity."I know you've got no reason to trust me. Hell, I'd probably be waving this gun around too if I was in your shoes. But I swear on my life, on your mom's memory...I'm not here to lie to you. I'm your dad. And I'm here to help...if you'll let me."
He takes another step closer, until he's within arm's reach of (y/n). Hellboy's expression turns serious, imploring."I know you're scared. I know you're angry. I know you've got a million questions. But I need you to listen to me, okay? Your dad...he made a sacrifice. He gave up everything to keep this world safe. Keep you safe. And now...now I'm here to finish what he started."
Hellboy reaches out slowly, carefully, and places his left hand on (y/n)'s shoulder. His touch is gentle, almost reverent."Please, (y/n)...put the gun down. Talk to me. Let me help you understand. Because whether you believe it or not...I'm here for you. Now and always."Hellboy's gaze flickers to the agent, a silent plea for backup, before turning back to (y/n) with a sad smile.
"I know it's a lot to take in. But I need you to trust me on this...we're in this together. You, me, Agent Myers...we're all on the same side. And I swear to God...I will move heaven and earth to keep you safe. Just...give me a chance to explain." (Y/n) looks at him as she punched him away as she walked away. Agent Myers sighed softly " sit down we have a lot to talk about" he said.
Agent Myers told Hellboy everything from him going missing to Liz passing in child birth to (y/n) blaming herself. To (y/n) being in his shadow fighting the thing that go bump in the night. To her living just like him the only difference is they didn't have a father like him they had no one but the picture and video they took.
Hellboy rubbed his jaw where (y/n) had punched him, wincing slightly. He watched her go with a heavy heart, before turning back to face Agent Myers. Hellboy's expression was a mix of sorrow, guilt, and determination.
He took a seat across from the agent, leaning forward with his elbows on his knees. "Fuck, John...I can't even begin to tell you how sorry I am. For all of it." Hellboy's voice was low, filled with emotion. He listened intently as Myers recounted the tragic history, his stone hand clenching and unclenching with each painful revelation. When Myers finished, Hellboy sat back in his chair, running a hand over his face.
"I...I never meant for this to happen. I never wanted Liz to...to..." Hellboy's voice cracked with emotion. He took a moment to compose himself before continuing. "And the fact that (y/n)...fuck, John. I can't imagine what she's been through. What she's feeling."Hellboy's gaze hardened with resolve. "But you're right. We do need to talk. We need to figure this out. And I...I need to be there for her. Like I should have been all along."
He stood up abruptly, starting to pace the room like a caged animal. "I don't know how to do this, John. I don't know how to be a father. Not like this. But I know I can't leave her alone. Not again."Hellboy stopped suddenly, turning to face Myers with a fierce, determined look. "I need you to help me, John. Help me be the dad she needs. The dad she deserves. Because I swear to God...I won't let her down again. Ever. She's not going to be the one fighting the monsters anymore. She's going to have me with her every step.
Against Myers sighs " your a good dad just you sacrifice everything for humanity. For her to have a future" he bat his arm " go talk to her. She might seem like she doesn't care but she listens she just.... trying to figure everything out. Maybe instead of saying Hellboy. Say dad you're her dad not a acquaintance"
Hellboy looked at Myers, his expression softening with gratitude. He gave the agent a small nod, a flicker of a smile on his lips. Then, taking a deep breath, Hellboy stood up and made his way out of the room, following the path he saw (y/n) take.
As he approached the doorway where she stood, Hellboy paused, collecting his thoughts. He knew he had to choose his next words carefully. (Y/n) was hurting, confused, and angry. Hellboy couldn't blame her. But he was determined to reach her, to help her find her way through this new reality.
"(y/n) ," Hellboy began, his voice gentler than before, almost tender. "I know you've got a lot on your mind. A lot to figure out. And I know...I know I'm the last person you probably want to hear it from. But, sweetheart...you need to know the truth."
He took a step closer to her, his stone hand reaching out, hesitating briefly before coming to rest on (y/n)'s shoulder. Hellboy's touch was light, almost questioning, as if seeking her permission.
"I'm your dad, (y/n) . I know it's hard to see that. Hard to believe that the big, scary guy you see in front of you...that he's the one who's been there all along. Watching over you. Loving you. But it's true."

Hellboy's voice thickened with emotion, a hint of tears glistening in his yellow eyes. "I made a choice, a long time ago. I chose to fight for the world. For your future. I thought...I thought I could do that without being there for you. Without being the dad you deserved. But I was wrong."
His grip tightened slightly on her shoulder, a silent promise. "I won't make that mistake again. I won't be the dad you see in pictures, in videos. I'll be the dad who's right here. Beside you. Every single day."
Hellboy's other hand came up, gently cupping (y/n)'s cheek, tilting her face up to look at him. His thumb brushed away a stray tear, a gesture both unfamiliar and somehow comforting.
"Let me be your dad, (y/n). Let me help you figure this out. I promise...I'll be here. Always. No matter what. That's my solemn vow."
