Bernadette Peters & Victor Garber at their final curtain call in Hello, Dolly! (7/15/18)
@theprofesscr
“This is a turn of events I’d never considered before. I’m looking myself in the mirror...the only question is...will I like what I’m looking back at?” He looked at the man as he wheeled his chair forward.
ok saw dolly yesterday and a few thoughts:
Bernadette delivers every line like she’s just ad-libbing the entire show like at the very beginning it was like she was making every line up on the spot but not in an Acting way it was just like she was hesitating before she talked.
also after the title number it’s like she’s just trying to get everyone to break she tried so hard to get Victor to break a few times and he did during the scene where she’s serving him. She kept saying “dumpling dumplings dumplings” in a really high pitched voice
how do you know youre “pronounce”.. no reason
I have a feeling this is you, Dr Stanley. Just speculation….
hello !! im on tumblr atm fixing my place up to look better when i start posting again :D — sammy
Hello Darlin!! You can never go wrong with a nice shade for the background for those who stay up late so its soft on the eyes (darker tone doesnt have to be too dark if you ain't into it). I'm so thrilled for you and I'm always here if you need or want to vent even if I dont get back right away.
❛ I’ve seen a lot of ghosts. Just not the way you think. ❜
HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE // accepting !!
SOMETHING ABOUT THE response is so characteristically Livvy that he can’t really help but chuckle. What a weird fucking kid. She reminds him of himself when he was young, full of venom and smarter than everyone assumed. There’s been something about her that he hasn’t been able to figure out, ever since she got here. He can’t quite put his finger on it, but he’s also been blatantly ignoring the signs.
“Oh, yeah? What kind of ghosts, then?”
Christmas Cheer!
“Beth! Come quick!” This had been Remy’s first Christmas in the city so excuse him for being rather distressed about the whole snow thing. Fluffy white flakes of ice covered the ground in thick clouds, that made the Cajun very nervous. Down South where he’s from, they don’t get snow and if they did it was never this much. New York was famous for pilling on the cold stuff especially when the seasons started to change. Now because of this snow they’re stuck inside. The damn snow ruined everything! And just think the two of them going out alone would have surely helped Remy forget....
Never mind, he never did like remembering that night she saved his life using magick. Somehow apart of him still resents her use of magick, but that’s probably because the whole thing blindsided him to begin with.
“Looks like we have t’cancel de dinner reservations... I’m sorry, Cher.”
