Eddie: Oh, I'm not starting her up. Harrington's got her, don't ya. . .big boy?

Steve’s driving the RV and Eddie's sitting behind Steve while Nancy sits in the passenger seat. She looks at Eddie.

Nancy: So. . .big boy, huh? Well. . .you're not wrong.

Steve: *spluttering* Nancy!

Eddie's just cackling delightfully. He raises his hands up to see how far he has to go, and Nancy grins as she leans over to adjust them.

Steve: I am trying to drive a stolen RV here!

It was a few weeks after the spring break from when Robin was able to finally check on her best friend.

Robin: My parents have finally lifted my punishment! Free at - Oh my God! Okay, I'm so glad you and Nancy worked things out, but I did NOT need to see that.

Steve was lying on the couch, someone's face at his neck, dark curly hair hiding it. The person was shirtless. Meanwhile, Nancy walked up behind Robin.

Nancy: Hey, Robin.

Robin whirled around, her eyes wide.

Robin: If you're there . . . *in a horrified whisper* . . . who's on top of Steve?

Robin turned around to find Eddie Munson sitting up and straddling her best friend's waist.

Eddie: Hey, Buckley!

Nancy: Really, I was gone for a minute, and you already have your tits out. You couldn't wait for me?

Eddie: Sorry, he looked good enough to eat.

Robin: Oh my God! Eddie's a guy!

Steve: *his voice thick with sarcasm* Eddie, why didn't you tell me you were a guy?

Eddie cackled.

Steve and Nancy inadvertently become Eddie's body guards and constantly stop Jason's friends from beating the shit out of him. One day, it finally comes to a stop, and Eddie figures a few things out about himself.

Andy: You know, it's pretty sad that you need a fallen king and a little girl to fight your battles for you. Guess it costs every cent you have to pay them.

Scowling, Nancy pulls out her pistol and presses it into Andy's crotch.

Nancy: This little girl knows how to shoot, and my aim is definitely better than yours.

Steve: *shoving his bat under his nose* This fallen king's sword doesn't miss either. This. . .this we do for free because we plan on keeping him for a long time.

They had Andy trapped on either side, and he had no choice but to let him go, letting him fall to the ground. Eddie stared at them in shock. The sun was shining down on both of them, and a strong wind blew their hair back, which Eddie thought was odd timing.

Nancy: Eddie, are you okay?

Eddie: I think I'm in love with both of you.

It was that moment that Eddie had his bisexual awakening, who it was is kind of up to you. . . Eddie would definitely love being their damsel in distress, and he would definitely go on about how gallant his partners are. . .with a dreamy sigh to boot.

I can see Stedancy happening when Eddie starts coming over to Steve’s house, and he doesn't realize that Steve got back together with Nancy. He doesn't realize that he's been crashing their date night, but it's okay because they really like having him around. So much so that they think he's inadvertently joined their relationship but that he just wants to take things slow. With how affection he was with them, it was easy to see how that happened. One night, it began to storm, and Eddie couldn't go home. Nancy asked if he wanted to sleep with them tonight, and he said yes. When they crawled into bed, Nancy placed a good night kiss on his lips before letting Steve do the same thing. Steve and Nancy kissed over him before laying down next to him. They closed theirs eyes while Eddie lay on his back, staring at the ceiling with wide eyes.

"Okay. . .what. the. fuck?!"

Anyway, communication is key. 😆

Okay. . .okay, someone on Twitter (yeah, not calling it X, that's stupid) just suggested a second name for Stedancy: HELLQUEST?! I actually kind of love it. Anyone else, just me? I love both but hellquest is so good.
