the more time that goes on the more certain I am that that was Helena who was with Mark that whole morning. the weirdness in how she said "I'm her, Mark." The fact that there's clearly information missing from the Jame Eagan conversation. her hearing Mark's information from the outside world without going absolutely feral. staying to block the door when you know Helly come with him and be fighting Milchik and Drummond with her teeth and fingernails. And stopping him from leaving with Gemma? The real Helly would never pass up an opportunity to make Lumon suffer.

so here's what I think. Jame wanted Helly on the outside so much that he switched 'em and now Helly is the outie and Helena is the innie and Helena isn't fighting it because in some ways she's more free of her father now than she ever could be in the above world.

thinking about how like. the best possible option for the innies is reintegration. and I think for some it could work out, like from what we know I think Irving could reintegrate, Mark MAYBE, we don’t know enough about Dylan’s outie, but Helly? How could those two Hellys exist in the same head? how could she reconcile herself?
