I wanna yell about how absolutely RAD it is that they're testing a potentially effective human vaccine for a hookworm species.....vaccines for helminths are incredibly difficult to make! Vaccines for parasites in general are incredibly difficult to make! There's also vaccines for malaria being tested! Good shit (and especially good science) /is/ happening, it's out there.
