Hi! So I thought I would make a tutorial on how I personally make my animated stamps in GIMP! With images to help!
Firstly, have your stamp base, I use old stamp templates I found or from my own stamps. Then you want to add your gif as a layer.
Once you've opened it as a layer, all the gif layers will appear! You want to first resize the background layer by scaling the layer.
This stamp has an interior width and height of 95x50 pixels, so I make sure to scale the layer to fit. Make sure width and height aren't linked because not all gifs will fit that size naturally.
Then it is very important to merge the background layer with the stamp template layer, this way when you make the gif it looks like a stamp!
Once that's done scale all your other layers to the same width and height so that they too will fit in the stamp! Then what you want to do once that is finished is to open filter > animation > optimise (for gif).
Then once you've done that you can click playback to see if the gif is all right!
Once that's done it is time to export it by going export as, now I always have to change my file to a .gif type in order for it to work. Once you've done that hit export.
Then it will show a pop up window, it is very important you hit check on animation! Otherwise it won't work!
Once that is done, you can now hit the final export and your gif stamp will be made! See my final product below!
things that bring me comfort for when i am not feeling my best -✮⟡º❀⊹.
💌 i created this list a few years ago on my notes app and i keep reaching to it every once in a while so i thought i would share. hopefully it can help (?)
stopping everything i am doing and focusing on my breath
looking out of the window or going to the balcony
organizing my room (if i'm not doing great, chances are my room isn't either)
listening to the playlist i made for this exact purpose
reading a comfort book (careful: it can become a coping mechanism and we don't want that)
taking a shower (i tend to procrastinate it if i'm feeling down, and it always works!)
doing my skincare
having a quick nap (or going to sleep, depending on the time)
watching a gilmore girls episode (aka my comfort show)
making myself a cup of tea
-º⟡ the most life changing one has been for sure making a playlist with my comfort songs. if i'm out in public, i won't be able to watch gilmore girls or take a nap, but i can always rely on the playlist. such a game changer.
-º⟡ please add to this list with the things that bring you comfort when you are not feeling your best :))
(A guide for Eldritch Horrors, by an Eldritch horror... with assistance from @punk-in-roll, my resident human)
Hello! Welcome to a second guide for any Horrors new to humans and their culture. If you find yourself having to care for one and have not before, I’d recommend referencing this guide. Humans are quite complex creatures, so this guide is only a base, and you should listen to your human if they tell you to do or NOT do something. Lets proceed!
Humans spend most of their time in their living spaces, so they must be very enriching. A human may get grumpy and ruminate if they do not have enough stimulation.
Humans need to eat a specific threshold of food each day, so its best if you find out what their favourite foods are, and when they eat them. Cooking food is the only thing that seperates humans from the other animals on their planet, so cooking food is a good way to get on a human’s good side.
Humans have a range of complicated sexualities and identities, which some other humans claim are wrong. It’s best to let the humans be who they want to be, as it as been discovered to improve their well being considerably!
It’s is best to explain to your humans your preferences of touch beforehand, as humans naturally tend to be very textile creatures, and may want to touch you. They do not mean this in an offensive way.
Some humans find certain sensory combinations difficult, and may become under/overwhelmed and stressed. It’s important to help them in these times, by knowing what they need to calm down, or giving them the space necessary.
Some humans feel lots of emotions and show these outwardly, while others experience them inside. These fluctuate and are completely different per person. This can make them unpredictable, but as a general statement, it is best to treat them with equal respect.
Humans are not to be underestimated. They have many advantages to their survival that go beyond their physical form.
Humans are very complicated, so this will not cover all situations, but it’s a start. Feel free to correct me on any errors I have made. ̷̘͇̽̚ ̴̯͗̊ͅ ̴̜̹̇͂ ̶̯͛̆ ̵̜̅ ↸ ̴̞̲̇ ̷̘͇̽̚ ̴̯͗̊ͅ ̴̜̹̇͂ ̶̯͛̆ ̵̜̅ ̶̱̣̾̿ ̴̝̅ᔑ ̴͎͙́ ̵̬̠̀ ̷̛̠̿ ⋮ᔑ ̷̘͇̽̚ ̴̯͗̊ͅ ̴̜̇͂ ̸̢͔̎̇ ̸̻̤̊ ̴̞̑̄ ̵̞̟̾̈́ ꖌ↸ᔑ ̴̣͙̓ ̸̥͒ ̶̼͝ ̷͉̓̕ ̸̢͆͜ ̴̖͌ ̵͕̙͌͛ ̵̝̀͝ ̷͍̟̐̇ ̸̙͙̒̂ ⎓ ̸̥͒ ̶̼͝ ̷͉̓̕ 'ᔑ ̴̢̀ ̵̫͎̍ ̶̧̛ ̷̺̟̎ ̶̞̂͛ ̴̲͍̄ ↸ ̷̛̠̿ ╎ ̷̺̟̎ ̶̞̂͛ ⋮
Bringing Your NPCs to Life: Tips for Creating A Believable Character Backstory in D&D
As a dungeon master, one of the most important parts of your job is creating believable and interesting NPCs (non-player characters) for your players to interact with. These NPCs can range from shopkeepers and guards to quest givers and powerful villains, and they play a crucial role in bringing your campaign world to life.
However, creating NPCs that feel real and relatable can be a challenging task. In this blog post, we'll be discussing some tips and tricks for creating believable NPCs in D&D. From giving NPCs a backstory to making them react realistically to the players, we'll show you how to make your NPCs feel like real, living people. So whether you're a seasoned dungeon master or just starting out, read on to learn how to create NPCs that will keep your players engaged and invested in your game.
Family and Relationships
Family and relationships are an essential element of an NPCs backstory and can give insight into their personality and motivations. For example, an NPC who has lost a loved one might be more likely to be driven by grief and a desire for revenge.
Family and relationships can also provide hooks for the players to interact with the NPCs, creating interesting and dynamic interactions. It can also create conflicts for the NPCs and the players, and the NPCs can have different types of relationship with the player characters like friends, enemies, mentors, allies, and more.
Additionally, NPCs can have complex relationships, for example, an NPC who has a love-hate relationship with one of the player characters. Knowing the NPCs family and relationships can also help the DM to create a believable dialogue, as NPCs can have different roles in the family or society and it can affect their actions and motivations.
Childhood Experiences
Another crucial component of an NPCs biography is their early life, which has the power to influence their personality, worldview, and moral principles. An NPC who was raised in poverty, for instance, might be more motivated by a desire for money and status. Childhood memories can also serve as springboards for the players to engage with the non-player characters (NPCs), resulting in engaging and dynamic interactions. The early experiences of the NPCs might influence their beliefs, values, and worldview, and it can also lead to disputes between them and the players.
In addition, NPCs early life experiences can affect their talents and aptitudes; for instance, an NPC who grew up in a conflict zone may be better at surviving and engaging in warfare. Additionally, it can affect how they feel and think. For instance, an NPC who experienced abuse as a youngster may struggle with trust or develop PTSD. As NPCs can have diverse perspectives on life and the world based on their experiences, knowing the NPCs early experiences can also aid the DM in crafting believable dialogue.
Education or Training
An NPCs education and training can give meaning to their talents and abilities and are a significant part of their narrative. Knowing what an NPC has studied or received training in might help determine their level of skill and knowledge. A skilled wizard NPC, for instance, may be more motivated by a quest for power and knowledge.
The players' interactions with the NPCs may be made more fascinating and dynamic by means of education and training. As the education and training of the NPCs may impact their views, values, and worldview, it can also lead to disputes between the NPCs and the players.
Additionally, NPCs education and training can shape their career and occupation, for example, an NPC who is a trained engineer might be more likely to be a successful inventor or architect. It can also shape their social status, for example, an NPC who has received a noble education might be more likely to be a member of the upper class. Knowing the NPCs education and training can also help the DM to create a believable dialogue, as NPCs can have different perspectives on life and the world based on their education and training.
Career or Occupation
An NPCs career or occupation can also play a role in shaping their backstory and provide context for their skills and abilities. Knowing what an NPC does for a living can give insight into their skills, abilities, and motivations. For example, an NPC who is a shopkeeper might be more likely to be driven by a desire for wealth and success. A career or occupation can also provide hooks for the players to interact with the NPCs, creating interesting and dynamic interactions. It can also create conflicts for the NPCs and the players, as the NPCs career or occupation can shape their beliefs, values, and how they perceive the world.
The NPCs career or occupation can shape their social status, for example, an NPC who is a noble might be more likely to be a member of the upper class. It can also shape their reputation, for example, an NPC who is a notorious thief might be feared or respected by other NPCs. Knowing the NPCs career or occupation can also help the DM to create a believable dialogue, as NPCs can have different perspectives on life and the world based on their career or occupation.
Life Events
Life events that shape an NPCs personality are also an important element of an NPCs backstory and can give insight into their personality, beliefs, and values. For example, an NPC who has experienced a traumatic event, like a war, might be more likely to be driven by a desire for peace and safety. Life events can also provide hooks for the players to interact with the NPCs, creating interesting and dynamic interactions. It can also create conflicts for the NPCs and the players, as the NPCs life events can shape their beliefs, values and how they perceive the world.
Additionally, NPCs life events can shape their skills and abilities, for example, an NPC who has been through a shipwreck might be more skilled in survival and navigation. It can also shape their emotional and mental state, for example, an NPC who has suffered a great loss might have trust issues or PTSD. Knowing the NPCs life events can also help the DM to create a believable dialogue, as NPCs can have different perspectives on life and the world based on their experiences.

How To Find The Tokyo Revengers Raw Video Every Week - An Easy Guide
Hello there! I wanted to make a guide for the manga readers on how to find the raw video that gets released on youtube every week(unless we’re on a break) because it’s both fun to talk about it with friends and get hyped up.
So, here’s a fairly easy guide on how to do this.
First!
The video typically drops around 11AM EST. You can convert this into your timezone by using this site here and typing in New York City and then your city to see what the time difference is. If someone else has a better method than this, please feel free to add it!
The next step is to head over to Youtube on Tuesday(potentially Wednesday depending upon where you are in the world!) and search the term:
東京卍リベンジャーズ 215語 日本語 100% - Tokyo卍Revengers 215 FULL RAW JP
When it comes to the numbers however, change those to what chapter we are on! So, since we are on chapter 216 currently, it would now be:
東京卍リベンジャーズ 216語 日本語 100% - Tokyo卍Revengers 216 FULL RAW JP
Then, you’ll want to scroll over to the “Filters” section and click under “Upload Date” and “Last hour”
This will filter the results to reveal content that has been uploaded recently.
You’ll then be greeted with my personal enemy of raw day:
HOWEVER! Do not lose hope! Keep refreshing the page! Eventually, the raw video will pop up. Usually there are two, open both and judge which is better.
And that’s it!
I hope this helps out someone, and if there are any questions I’ll try to answer them.
