I've had a hell of week..

On Monday, one of my best friends almost committed suicide, letting me know that he was doing it and told me that he loved me- I panicked and immediately called someone who could help me save him. Tuesday was a hell of a day. All day I felt guilty for going against his wishes of wanting to die, I felt emotionally drained after a rough night, and then I after all day of talking to others who care for him as much as I do I realized that it was in his best interest to get the help that I helped him get- guys, he has so much to live for. I love him as do so many others. Tuesday night I finally talked to him in person again after the ordeal and we hugged it out. For the rest of the week, things gradually went uphill, thank God... One thing that I can take away from this experience was that I don't find jokes about killing oneself funny anymore, not that they ever were in the first place.
