silence is a response. rejection is a redirection. protect your peace at all costs. not everything needs your energy. detachment is not cold, it's clarity. only focus on what you can control. some people are for growth, not forever. stop explaining yourself to people who don't listen. things fall apart so better things can come together let people be who they are but then choose accordingly

I really need to just start writing this fic I've been working on lately. I have a bunch of ideas written down, have a pretty good idea of what direction I want the story to take, but I just haven't written anything. I think I'm just being meticulous really, which is sort of driving me a little mad (though I guess it IS a good thing too).
