Y'know how songs can make you feel things? Well, this is based on Goodbye sung by Seungmin. And while the context is different (there wasn't exactly much choice with Myne leaving her family behind) I couldn't help but think of Myne

I don't typically put lyrics or anything when I make something song inspired, but I think for this in particular it's very applicable. If I have time in the future I might do an animatic, but this is from an immediate desire to create SOMETHING- (it made me feel things. I had to)

techno beats Ferdinand in direct combat but Ferdinand is better with magic tools

The many Yukata doodles featured here are due to my doing a traditional Japanese dance recital thingy on Sunday - part of a club I joined - it was very fun, and involved a Lot of practice~

#I don't think I am ever going to forget Sakura Sakura (さくらさくら)#we danced that thing so many times (in practice I mean)#I can barely remember any of the other dances we've done in class #but I reckon I could do the Sakura dance in my sleep-#it was very cool #we got our hair styled and had a professional to help us put on the Yukata properly and everything #(we put them on ourselves for class since the sleeves are part of the choreography - but having the help was very much appreciated)#I don't think my form was amazing but I think I was at least decently coordinated #I didn't make any obvious mistakes. I think.#our dance teachers make it look so effortless though - like. I feel like I've never danced in my life in comparison #I have been doing regency dancing for the last - nearly ten years now?#but that does not involve the same amount of body control you need to do just about any other style of dance #*sigh~#anyway.#twas fun #digital art #sketch #doodles #doodling #the first picture is that detailed because I was too tired to concentrate in class last week #I have been in a semi permanent state of exhaustion for the last few weeks and I am kind of sick of it tbh #it is all self inflicted (the fanfics I found were too gripping okay-)#but the last few days were out of my control #and I just want to not feel half asleep/extremely sleep deprived #just for like. one day~#:(#I am just. really. really. tired. :(#I didn't really rest at all this weekend because of the performance and rehearsals and now I just want a day off #where I can sleep for 24 hours straight #or something like that.

Been going through my skz pinterest folder for drawing practice~ It has been very entertaining thus far~ :D

These are my ocs, Farrian (older brother - light blonde) and Fen (younger brother - darker blonde) and I may not have ironed out all the details on their stories yet, but I can certainly do short comics in the meantime~ :D

#ocs #farrian #and...#fen #:D #yeye #these guys are potentially a lil too codependent #but they figure out how to deal with it eventually #after a good deal of disagreeing over who is protecting who #big bro is rather frail but doesn't like to admit it #and lil bro managed to grow rather tall (outrageously so if you ask Farrian) and likes to remind his big bro of that regularly #and they both want to protect each other #but Farrian is rather cynical and suspicious whereas Fen is kinda like a golden retriever in human form #so they have some disagreements on what constitutes 'safe'#which interferes with the 'getting along' stuff they've got going on #ye #it gets harder to tone down someone's cynicism/paranoia when the world IS actually out to get you #even if it's not quite as much as Farrian would assume #so that definitely required a lot of working through #:)

Guess who started watching Daemons of the Shadow Realm this April~~ 👀 couldn't be me, obviously-
