text overlaid atop the dragon age logo that reads, “ Shout out to @herald-divine-hell for being one if the nicest people I have ever met. He’s been so kind and welcoming since I joined the fandom, and I’ve felt more at home here than in other online group in just a matter of weeks. He is so lovely.”
My first every fanfic that I ever posted was a crossover of Frozen and the Percy Jackson series...I have major regrets these days for the crimes which I have committed.
We all start somewhere! I was a big PJO fan back in the day(and also wrote fanfic), so I feel ya bro!
anonymously(or not) tell me about the first fanfic you posted!

The night sky above the campground was alight with stars - stars which Katie could not keep her eyes off of. They were so different to the sky she was used to.
It was hard, being out here in the wilderness. Every noise made her jump, every stray gust of wind gave her the shivers. She was young, and skinny, and scared, and she feared not only the bears but the darkspawn she had seen, that haunted her nightmares.
“Lady Cousland!” a voice said, startling her. Katie yelped, whirling to see the sleepy face of Amayian. She blushed. Over her time here, she had developed quite a large crush on the young mage, and the two had kissed just the previous night. “Pardonne-moi. I did not mean to frighten you.”
“It’s fine.” she said. “I just... I’ve been finding it hard to sleep. And I’ve asked you to call me Katie. I think we’re there, you know?”
“Oh. I am sorry. Katie.”
She nodded. “It’s just... it’s embarrassing, but... I’m frightened of something sneaking up on the camp.”
“We do have a watch. Warden Alistair would not let anything harm us.” Amayian pointed out. “But...”
“Yes?”
He blushed hard, looking like he was... embarrassed? “If it would help you, you may stay in... my tent?”
“Oh!” Katie flushed. Her heart was racing.
Amayian’s eyes widened. “Nothing untoward! Just... you might benefit from another’s presence.”
She nodded. “I... I’d like that.”
He lifted the flap for her and she moved in. “Amayian?”
“Oui?”
“I... nothing. Just... hold me?”
He got even redder, if that were possible, but obliged, sitting down and wrapping his arms around her. She sunk into his embrace, giving a small hum of contentment. “Amayian?”
“Yes?”
“Would it be too forward if I asked to stay here?”
“Non, ma cherie.” He whispered. They slowly maneuvered into his bedroll, remaining in an embrace.
“You make me feel so safe, Amayian. With you... I feel calm for the first time in a while.”
He blushed and gave a little gasp of surprise when she pressed a kiss to his collarbone. “I- er -that is to say - I feel the same, cherie. I... I would like to kiss you.”
“You may.” Katie smiled, allowing him to press his lips to hers. “What do you say we share a tent from now on? You know, since it feels so nice to be together?”
He grinned. “I love you, Katie. Mon amour.”
“I love you too.”
Katie snuggled into Amayian’s arms, and they quickly fell to sleep, dreaming of the nights to come, in which they would hold each other and feel free, safe, at peace

Written for @herald-divine-hell - Mahazan Adaar and Cal Hawke with fluffy cuddles. Hope I wrote him well!
“You look... droopy.” Mahazan commented as Cal entered the chamber. The Fereldan smiled weakly.
“It’s... it’s just been a long day.”
Mahazan nodded, approaching Cal. “I can see that. What happened?”
Cal’s shoulders were slumped, his face looked pale and waxy, and his eyes had the twitchy look the man got when he felt cornered. He looked like a mess. Sometimes Cal wondered how it seemed Mahazan was the only one able to see through the whole “Champion of Kirkwall” thing.
“I... there were some people in the Rest. They wanted me to tell them about Kirkwall. Again. I gave ‘em the tavern version.”
“There you go again.” Mahazan said, trying not to chastise. “You know you hate making it seem like something you’re proud of.”
“I have to, Mahazan.” Cal’s eyes drooped, and he looked so tired in that moment. “It’s what everyone expects.”
“Not me.”
Cal smiled, a genuine look of joy through the pain and fatigue. But then it vanished, and Mahazan felt like chasing it, dragging it back. “I promised I’d go back for another round later.” He shuffled over to the chest of drawers, rifling through the contents to find another shirt.
Or, at least, he did until he found himself being hauled backwards, arms pinned to his side by thick gray ones. “Mahazan?”
The Qunari pressed a kiss to the top of his head. “Someone has to stop you from doing this to yourself. I’ve decided it will be me.”
“But -” Cal protested weakly, although he put up no resistance when Mahazan teased his shirt up and off of him, followed by his own.
“No buts. You’re going to spend the evening being cuddled like you deserve. And I just want you to forget about everything else.”
Mahazan ordered Cal to keep still, and the man obeyed, smiling softly at how his lover was so dedicated to him. Mahazan removed both their clothes, leaving them in their smalls. In lieu of walking the three feet to the bed, Mahazan scooped Cal up in his big arms and carried him gently, laying him down in the center before jumping in, pulling the covers over them, and holding Cal tightly, feeling the man’s head nestle into his chest.
“You don’t have to be anything but mine here, Cal.” Mahazan whispered, squeezing the man in his arms as he heard a quiet sniffle. “I’m here now, and you’re all I need. Not the Champion. Not the Hawke that Varric writes about. Just you. Cal. My Cal.”
“Your Cal.” he repeated, and Mahazan felt kisses on his chest.
He shifted position so that their faces were level and kissed the human. He felt Cal threading fingers through his red hair as they laid together. “Now, we’re both tired. You’re going to sleep, and I’m going to hold and comfort you all night and most of the morning until we’re both starving, whereupon I will procure us breakfast. If I have to, I’ll tie you to the bed to keep you here. And then I will spend the entire day with you until we’re sick of each other.”
Cal laughed. “I doubt that will ever happen.”
Mahazan nodded. “You’re right.”
“Although...” Mahazan raised an eyebrow at Cal. “Would you tie me to the bed even if you don’t have to?”
The Qunari gave a booming laugh before squeezing Cal into him. “Anything you want, love.”
“And if I said I wanted to stay here with you forever?” Cal asked softly, already drifting to sleep.
Mahazan kissed his forehead. “I’d say that could be arranged.”
