A crystal grid for studying 💖💎📚
Ah she's growing so much ❤ Look at those beautiful berries turning orange! 🌱
Mitochondria - the powerhouse of the cell
Some fascinating fungi I saw for the first time at Mother Oak Permaculture Farm in Nova Scotia.
Meditation with a Hawthorn tree ❤🌳❤
Yet another wonderful piece of homework for the herbal program. Harvest some berries and meditate with this soothing tree for a half hour. 💖
My dear Ashwagandha plant 💖🌱
Part of my homework for my herbal program is to keep this beauty alive. Gentle and soothing Withania somnifera - part of the Nightshade family - hence the fruit that turns green to orange to red (like good old bell peppers). It's one of the several known adaptogens so it's great for your immune system, gentle and can be used long term, and works with the body as a whole rather than a specific system. Plus you can make such a delicious and calming tea which is wonderful before bed (at least for me personally).
