I made a goal for 2025 of picking around 1 kg herbs and berries in total this summer and autumn. I am about to begin this soon more seriously because the berries are starting to ripen.
I already picked some lilacs and made lilac syrup. Now I want to pick blue berries and freeze them for winter. I also want to make jams and pies with self-harvested plants since I haven't really done that before.
I also want to study herbs but I don’t really know how that will go. As I wrote in my last post, life is moving quickly and so therefore I don't have as much time on my hands as I usually do.
