Surveillan will patrol in the background and fire at players in sets of three shots indicated by an aiming reticle.

He will fire 3 shots at each player simultaneously, making a potential 12 shots per round. This makes party play in this section hazardous.

In order to make sure you’re not detected by Surveillan in this area of the map, remain stationary in the area marked by the blue circle. Then Surveilan will just chill and not aim at anyone and go away after a while. IF ANYONE STEPS ON THE PLATFORM IN FRONT OF IT THEN HE WILL START DETECTING EVERYONE IN THE MAP so please do everyone a favor and just

I want to stand still and do nothing until he goes away. Naturally, the minions summoned will come to you and try to kill you but no matter what you do, do NOT step on the area marked by the red X. Just kill them with range or homing skills and stay in that blue circle area for the love of Gods

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work in the mini Boss area.

Just had the Stupidest death in heroic hell

I couldn’t use my potions for some reason. It wasn’t on cooldown, I smashed the key for complete recovery potions 6 times, and nope, didn’t work.

…they started working again after I died qq

They seriously need to raise the item lvl req for heroic hell

like... this isn’t the only run that was like this... every run I go............ I failed Herbaon for like first time in forever because it was pretty much the same result page as this -_-; I can’t stop his Iris In by myself when there are 3 other practically-no-damage party members;;; 

Add dungeon item lvl req is 160 but heroic hell is 150???? like that makes no sense in my brain... you obvy need addgendary weapon to get stronger, so who cares if the item lvl req for that dungeon is low, you’re soloing anyway... but heroic hell is like the most difficult content in the game where you have to rely on party members so it’s more crucial to have people with higher item lvl in the queue, man I can go on about this for days

I feel like ever since Ain’s release we got an influx of returners and beginners and they just hop in on the heroic hell queue just expecting to get carried by someone through pure luck and it’s driving me up the wall - and before any of you say “well how can we get stronk if we cant go there” - I never even went near SD/Henir/Heroic Hell until I was sure I can at least do some part in the party without being an absolute waste of space

Ah fuck I guess this means I actually have to look for heroic hell parties instead of hopping on the party queue...
