Teeth find her lower lip, nearly drawing blood as she fights to keep composure under the watch of their fellow Isle dwellers. Voice dropped to a whisper when she spoke again, glaring at anyone who even looked like they might be trying to listen. “I just got word that Pandora spotted Harry Hook by the souvlaki shop.” Her father’s shop, and well within her territory. If it were true, it meant the pirates were getting brave. Or worse, trying to challenge her. Either way, actions had to be taken. “We need to handle this before Uma gets any ideas.”

           it hadn’t been difficult to convince ben. after all, the four of them had just publicly declared their intention to bed good, and none of them had showed any intention of going back on that declaration in the months leading up to summer vacation. and no kid should have to stay at school during summer vacation. with ben busy as a new king, she had prevented an alternative. ‘ hello, jay. i’m persephone. i wanted to know if you and your friends would like to come stay with me for the summer, rather than staying at auradon prep. ‘

Its through joking with each other whether it is through touch and messing with each other whether a chocolate fountain is involved or not, or jokes with words said to Mal or Evie, or just to themselves.

It is through exercise because FGM wasn’t wrong they had alot of energy, they ran the isle together they had plans and routes, Carlos may hate Tourney but he does, and he told Jay about ROAR.

Its Carlos cleaning up his side of the room, not just because he can’t help it, but he truly does think it helps.

Its through always calling out to him, checking up on him when things get bad whether its a scuffle on the Isle a fight with Maleficent, or a bad hit in Tourney because old habits die hard and no one is as good at bandages and such as Carlos.

Its through the moments Jay doesn’t see, when Carlos shows just how fiercely loyal is and how nothing gets past Carlos. Bad words and comments about Jay never go unaddressed.
