Day 11?
I almost almost ALMOST skipped yesterday's workout (day 11). This is getting hard. Mostly because I've done it to myself. Yesterday it was; 65 sit-ups 33 leg lifts 42 second plank AND THEN I DID 65 squats with 65 calf raises 33 lunges 33 dips 33 push-ups There's no way I could continue the number 65. Just...no way. 65 push-ups? Yikes. Hell, planks are getting difficult. I need hubby around to correct my form. Sit-ups are getting strenuous, too. Squats aren't so bad, since they use larger muscle groups. If I could leg press twice my weight (literally), then I can do 65 squats no problem. And yes, my form is correct. ;) I feel myself getting stronger. My muscles are remembering, and I'm forcing my body to react, improve, and wake the fuck up. I like it. I never got a run in yesterday though. :( We were pretty busy, and I went on shopping trips with the parental units. By the time we got back, it was dark out. Since I have no reflectors, bright running clothes, AND it was dinner time, I skipped. I'll be making up for that today with a hike through mountains. :) Today is day 12. Technically my rest day.
