Chicken salad, wholewheat wrap ;) basicly u grill the chicken with garlic and chili, warm up the wrap, but some salad and pumpkin seeds and thats it ;)) so little calries and the best taste ever ;)
Motivation of the day. I smell a new motto! :)

Gold rules of staying fit
1)Do not eat any kind of food with E ingridient, it's bad for your health. It is much better to yeat a healthy oatmeal with fruits, even thoug it has more calories, than eat "Fitella" or "Fit" muesli with a hell lot of sugar in it.
2)Fruits, but never in the evening. It slows down your metabolism and sugar that is in the fruits gives you energy, but during the night there is not an option for your body to accualy burn it, so it is turining into fat :(
3) Eat smaller portions but more often.
4) Drink a lot of water, at least 1,5 L a day
5) Try to preapre all of meals by yourself. You are what you eat, so try to make them as healthy as they can be.
6) Avoid fast foods and all products that has "light" on the label. It usually has more sugar and fake fat.
7) Instead of driving a car for fresh bread use your feet. It's much better to walk in the morning than breat fumes from a car. That might be your first step to make your life better. :)
8) Go through all of your soundtracks and find the perfect combination for workout. Nothing motivates you better than a good beat :)
9) Avoid sleeping till noon. Scientist showed that if you wake up at 8 a.m you will have much more energy to do any kind of work, not only in the office but as well in the gym, than when you wake up at noon and half of your day is somehow gone :(
10) Never give up. Even if you don't see the resoults keep practising, your body needs time to get use to new habits and shapes, so they won't be visible immediately. Give yourself some time. :)

Starting point.
I am just at the begining point of being fit, exercising and jogging. My name is Alex and i'm from Poland. Horse riding is basicly my life. Lately i was doing a lot of office work, so i decided to start a blog to keep me motivated to loose some weight and prepare my body for the summer. There will be a lot of photos, recipes, workouts and all in all everything that pops into my mind :) Fingers crossed guys, only 78 days untill summer is offcialy here :D
