Hevisaurus.

Hevisaurus.

It is one of those bands that have always been at the periphery of my awareness, lurking. Like one day I will randomly get sucked into the fandom and never be let out, but I don’t know when. I am shocked it didn’t happen as a kid when I started getting into rock and metal.

I however do know that it is also a band that has reached quite a legendary status in Finnish music simply by existing. One of the very few thriving gimmick bands out there. And definitely one of the most active in Finland. And an awarded band at that.

Upon doing a quick search today apparently an english version of the band is set to start touring this year. That is the 5 non Finnish localisation of the band. Idk how I feel about localisations as a whole but for this kind of band it works.

And their stage costumes look awesome as hell.
