Who wouldn’t be happy to get matched with that tall glass of bones? He’s a favorite of mine too like all the papyruses. A few general spicy headcanons for him under the cut:

It’s no surprise that Crimson’s interests in the bedroom line up fairly closely with his past self, so the majority of general info on Edge applies to Crimson as well! Although there are certainly some differences that have surfaced over time.

For example, Edge is allll about being seen and having his partner’s undivided attention, but Crimson has a blindfolding kink. Crimson isn’t always happy with how his body is now, after so much damage. His scars were always a point of pride for him, but the way his form has changed after being starved in the Underground leaves him feeling warped. He certainly isn’t interested in mirror sex the way Edge would be.

On his worse days, Crimson may only agree to having sex if his partner wears a blindfold because he feels so out of sorts and unattractive. And while praise will get you very far with him, he still may choose to stay unseen. Low lighting isn’t good enough either because the way his ecto lights up just highlights him in the dark. Something about the blindfold, how his partner can’t see the bad or the good, but still wants him, really gets him going.

Crimson is still a romantic at heart, but he doesn’t always have the energy or patience for candlelit dinners and bubble baths with rose petals like he used to. It’s already time consuming enough to make sure his partner can, ahem, accommodate him so he can fuck them properly. It would be wonderful if a partner were to set up the sensual atmosphere themself so he can get right to having his hands in on them.

And just for fun, if you want to get him going in a hurry, his femoral heads (the part of the femur that connects into the acetabulum, and yes thats the actual word for it) are the best place to start. If ecto isn’t already formed, it will be soon! Just be careful not to get your fingers pinched in the joint if he’s moving quickly ;)

When he had long crossed the line of no return, trekked through the lands of the deep darkness and thought he could never see the light on this murky and darkened path again; you appeared. Standing along side him with a soft smile on your face. You had reached out your hand and shown him a path that was just a tad brighter. You had given him hope that there still was a way. A trail leading away from the dust coated and bloody one he’s been treading for oh, so long. And Thatch is forever grateful for you standing by his side, believing in him and opening his eyes to a world full of beauty he has never seen before…

Thatch been treasuring the days and weeks of you together even closer to his chest. You looked at this damaged and ruined man among so many other choices and said “yes, this is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.”

And Thatch been curious what he looks like in your eyes because you look at him as if he’s the stars lassoed from the sky and placed in the palms of your hands. You look at him like he did when he saw his first ever sunrise and sundown. You look at him as if he’s the most precious and beautiful thing in the world and you can’t believe he’s yours to hold, yours to love, yours to keep. Thatch been looking in the mirror, but no matter how hard or how long he looked he couldn’t see it.

But one day, he saw a tiny fraction of what you saw in him. It left him vulnerable and sensitive by the overstimulation. And it all started with a single kiss…

Thatch cannot for the life of him remember what happened before the kiss or after. All he can remember is the kiss itself, and oh, his entire body starts to tingle, his knees start to go weak just at the thought.

He remembers your eyes staring into his with so much love, love for him only, seeing everything he is and loving it. He remembers your hands, softly, gently resting upon his arms, giving a soft squeeze to ease the nerves, to reassure him. He remembers the touch of your warm breath fanning across his teeth, leaving behind a tickle of warmth, sending a wave of thrill through his bone marrow coursing towards his soul and fueling it with fluttering butterflies. He remembers the soft press of your lips upon his mouth, the warmth that flooded him, the sparks that created a storm of bliss. All that existed faded away like watercolors under rain, leaving behind only him and you. He remembers the tingling fire that spread all throughout his entire being. His soul that sung out to the heaven, begging to be released because the love and adoration and the intimate touch of your lips was all too much to bear.

A whimper consisting of only an escaping sigh resembling that of both a dehydrated man tasting the wonderful creation of water for the first time in so long, and a man whose hunger finally been satiated after weeks or even months of nothing to eat. Thatch remembers his knees giving in and him toppling backwards, falling against the wall behind him, forcefully yet unwillingly breaking the kiss. He doesn’t remember what happened after, mid blank by the overwhelming and addictive feeling of your adoration for him.

However, you had remembered what he looked like. Having burned the image in the back of your mind.

Thatch had looked absolutely drunk, eyelights flaring in a bright yet dark pink, the dots fully formed into hearts. Chest raising and falling in fast ragged breaths. He had looked so delectably precious that if you didn’t have half the mind to let this absolute treasure of a skeleton recover from his love drunk state, you wouldn’t have been able to resist getting another taste.

May I please request some soft horrortale x reader headcanons? :3

Of course! I’ll give you three for each, and I’m adding some extra horror sanses and paps so they get some love too 💜 we’re pretending this ask isnt from before halloween

Horrortale Sans-

-Skull likes to sleep on top of his partner. This is kind of unfortunate, considering he’s huge, but luckily skeletons are pretty light compared to other monsters. He does miss being short though.

-“did y’ eat breakfast? i brought granola bars, you can have one if y’ want.”

-One of his favorite dates is going to an animal shelter to visit the dogs. It’s probably not the most romantic thing in the world, but he thinks it’s fun. It’s also one of his go-to dates early in a relationship, so he can see how his potential partner treats animals.

Horrortale Papyrus-

-Spook never quite recovers enough mentally to be comfortable eating meat, but he still cooks it for his S/o if they like it. He’ll flat out cook two separate meals (one for himself, one for S/o) when they have a dinner date.

-He likes to embroider little things on his partner’s clothes. It could be a tiny, barely noticeable heart or a more intricate design. Spook won’t do this without asking, though.

-He used to be much more animated, but now he has chronic pain and less energy. He can’t always emote how he wants now, and often has trouble preventing himself from moving in a way that will hurt himself (particularly if he’s reacting to good/exciting news). Spook still moves his hands around a lot, but if that’s not enough to dissipate all his happy/excited energy, he’ll squeeze his partner’s hand(s).

Outerhorror Sans-

-Ozone will give his S/o ‘sneaky’ kisses. They aren’t really that sneaky though, since he’ll walk up, say “kiss” out loud, and then kiss them. There’s technically plenty of warning, so they’re more random than sneaky.

-(This isn’t specific to him having an S/o, but I’m adding it anyway) Ozone gives the best hugs. When he was younger, he decided he wanted to give really good hugs, so he learned how to use his anti-gravity magic to make whoever he’s hugging feel really light. Comet also does this.

-He purrs really loudly when snuggling with his S/o. He could even be completely asleep, but the second his partner snuggles up to him, he’s purring.

Outerhorror Papyrus-

-Occasionally, if his S/o is standing in his way, Solar will just casually pick them up, move them so he can walk by, then put them back where they were. Always with a polite “Excuse me” and a quick kiss to the top of their head, of course.

-Solar always tries to share his food with his S/o. He knows that he doesn’t have to, but that doesn’t stop him from offering. He doesn’t want to seem overbearing, but part of him will always worry about them not having enough to eat.

-He (like the other horror!papyruses) occasionally uses a wheelchair when he’s out and about, since a lot of stores are too small for him to stand/walk comfortably. If he and his partner are ever waiting in a long line, he may let them sit in his wheelchair with him to wait. If it wasn’t clear before, he doesn’t mind showing affection out in public.

Horrorfell Sans-

-Bones does not clean things. His living space is constantly a mess because he just doesn’t care. The second a partner enters the picture? It’s suddenly “damn, don’t want s/o to trip over this, better pick it up” or “this shirt smells kinda funky. i better change it and shower or they won’t want to cuddle”

-He likes to nibble on S/o. He won’t ever actually bite them and the irony doesn’t escape him, but he loves having someone trust him enough to let him do that. Especially after knowing his past.

-He ‘accidentally’ leaves jackets or shirts at his partner’s place. Bones is always hoping s/o will borrow them to use as pjs because he finds it absolutely endearing.

Horrorfell Papyrus-

-Crook likes to play with his partner’s hair. Doesn’t matter if they have waist-length hair or just fuzz, straight hair or really textured/curly hair, he just likes it. Especially when it’s freshly washed!

-He’s very shy when it comes to asking for affection. He’ll ask very quietly or won’t use words at all, instead just leaning on them. Considering his height, he usually has to lean quite far, so it can look a bit silly. The only exception is when he’s jealous, in which case he’s very obvious.

-He absolutely melts when his S/o compliments him. He would help them get away with murder if they call him handsome enough times (and that’s only partially a joke).

Horrorswapfell Sans-

-Chip is a sucker for cuddles. He could have the most important meeting of his life in 10 minutes, but if his partner is asking for a few more more snuggles, he’s calling in sick.

-He’s never been the best with romance or emotions in general, so he uses a lot of clichés. Flowers, chocolates, stargazing, etc. Maybe that’s because he likes when his S/o does cheesy romantic stuff for him too. Of course, Chip won’t ever say that.

-Chip used to be really good at keeping his magic in check. The circumstance didn’t matter, he was always completely in control. That said, he’s now lost his once-perfect control over his magic, and he now blushes entirely too easily to justify. His S/o could probably make him blush just by saying ‘hi’.

Horrorswapfell Papyrus-

-Scythe is very protective of his partner. If they’re out walking together, he’ll hold they’re hand to walk by anyone even remotely suspicious. His partner could be a monster 10x stronger/scarier than him, and he’ll still do this.

-He likes to be the little spoon. The fact that he’s so tall doesn’t change this.

-If he doesn’t live with his partner, he’s always trying convince them to either A) sleep over or B) let him sleep over at their place. Get your mind out of the gutter, it’s because he has insomnia. It’s just easier for him to fall sleep when he’s near his partner.

mars (ht sans) 

mars adores halloween. its the perfect holiday: infinite candy that you can buy for just yourself and your bro and no one will be any the wiser; the ability to scare the daylights out of some trick-or-treaters (and steal all their candy); and throwing the candy right back at them later and seeing their joyful faces (which is cuter than mars cares to admit...). catch him vibin with the other skeletons in the halloween decorations aisle for the two months before halloween.

jupiter (ht papyrus)

also loves halloween!! its his third-favorite holiday, right after the Shattering (when all the monsters surfaced) and thanksgiving (so much foood a. a. a. a <3)! he creates incredibly elaborate costumes (most of which... may or may not have been jack skellington. ...and himself) and invites himself to every halloween party his friends throw. loves bobbing for apples even though he claims its incredibly unsanitary. usually ends up stealing and eating all the apples after. nobody stops him.

boston (hs sans) 

simultaneously likes and fears it. he loves watching all the halloween special episodes on tv and making really complex halloween decorations! but... he can never shake the nerves that come with the holiday. what if nobody likes his costume or his decorations. what if hes doing it wrong but nobodys telling him. what if someone threatens to sue his brother again over lacing aliza's pta's autumn bake sale brownies with pot (accidentally of course...) he tries his best to enjoy the holiday as much as he can though!

citrine (hs papyrus)

in contrast to his brother, citrine finds great glee in halloween! between his job at the local haunted house scaring the shit out of humans while covered in blood; his favorite hobby of remixing spooky scary skeletons on every possible device; and shoving pot in random halloween desserts, he gets a lot of joy out of it. honestly his favorite part is making matching themed jack-o-lanterns every year with his bro. where citrine has a bad habit of just chaotically stabbing the pumpkin, boston always shows him how to do it properly, which usually ends up with both their pumpkins as mini-masterpieces in their eyes <3

voss (hf papyrus)

ahhhh halloween. his old nemesis. its never been his favorite, due to the delinquent children egging and tping his house (and having to hold back rem from committing illegalities in response), but he does admit a certain fondness for it. the deliciously crisp windy air, the cold snap that gives him a reason to break out his fanciest scarfs and trench coats, chaotically stabbing random pumpkins that arent his... truly, a blessed time of year

...or it would be if he didnt have to keep yeLLING ABOUT THAT DAMNED GYFTMAS TREE SANS REFUSES TO TAKE DOWN FOR FUCKS SAKE SANS ITS BEEN 3 YEARS GET RID OF IT ALREADY IT CLASHES WITH THE DECORATIVE GOURDS!!!

to be perfectly honest. he aint a fan of it. he dont wanna give away all the candy he bought, the lil urchins can go buy their own damn candy, this stuff is his. and paps'. 

rem never dresses up for it, instead he just loafs on the sofa all night, scarfing down candy while watching halloween movies with his bro. also doesnt like how many genuinely scary movies there are this time of season. hes already been through hell, why would he wanna see more of it. the terrible cheesy ones are his favorites tho. the only part he really does like is going to the pumpkin patch with voss and picking out ugly gourds and pumpkins. voss is always so happy about it, so its impossible to not enjoy it.

knox (hsf sans)

halloween?? aka?? autumn??? aKA WITCHCRAFT SEASON???? COUNT. HIM. THE FUCK. IN. its his new favorite holiday now. anything supernatural around? he loves it, hes buying it, hes hoarding 10 of them now. 

ouija boards, fuck yeah. summoning circles in the living room, fuck yeah. chanting bloody mary into all the mirrors, fuck yeah. 

probably tries to yeet a bunch of random stuff in a cauldron and hopes a potion to change yer faet pops out. or a genuine demon. either one. the holiday itself doesnt really excite him that much, but he adores the mysterious aura around it, and the possibilities of seeing things even more monstrous than himself. 

clover (hsf papyrus) 

and probably as expected, this good boy likes halloween too! hes not quite as gung-ho about it as knox is, but he gets pretty excited for it. mostly for eating all the yummy candy, and seeing all the trick-or-treaters so excited seeing a real skeleton for the first time. puts up gyftmas lights and gyftmas decorations at the beginning of october. surprisingly, the fake spiders and handmade paper mache gravestones he decorates the yard with goes very well with the festiveness of the lights. 

also tries to go in a corn maze once but halfway through he heard a loud hissing snake among the corn and completed the whole maze in the next 10 seconds as he scrambled to escape it.
