REPOSTED BECAUSE TUMBLR THOUGHT THE EXCADRILL WAS TOO SEXUALLY EXPLICIT
Here it is again. Diggory Graves’ Pkmn team.
Prev // Next
Idk why exactly but this post instantly got flagged as sexually explicit. I got it appealed pretty quickly but I still wasn’t able to read the nice words left the two users who rb it so I deleted it before more people interacted with it.
Mokiemorty and Whatlizardy I’m afraid your kind rbs got voided and I never got to read them in their entirety :(
Did some tests and found out it was the Excadrill Reborn image that was causing it. So I edited a low opacity noise layer over it and now it’s acceptable
Diggory’s team.
Excadrill is their ace Pkmn as it’s a mole that digs and has sharp claws. Now that Mega Excadrill exists, I figured Diggory can have one of those. An Hallowed Excadrill that gets super-powered when Diggory absorbed the power of Marolmar’s Heart in S3. Giving us Excadrill Reborn. Similar to Olivier’s Endles Storm Altaria.
Probopass is an odd choice, but I love the idea of Diggory having a Nosepass. It makes sense to me as Nosepass is a rock-compass that always points north. Hallowed Probopass is a Nosepass that evolved in the colour-and-space-defying area that is the Northmost Woods. It’s colours are inverted, its parts are connected yet disconnected, and it now sees the future after close exposure to the heart.
As for the rest, they match Diggory’s vibe. Banette and Mimikyu are sewn-up ghost dolls, and Cacturne is a spikey scarecrow, like Diggory. I’m sure there are plenty of punky Pkmn that could fill in Diggory’s sixth slot
Groundskeeper’s Notes:
Diggory Graves:
A revenant made by the witch Irene Mend. The same person who created the Hallowed versions of Drilbur and Excadrill.
Created from the body parts of President Mirza and her Northern exhibition crew. Gruesome origins aside, Diggory is quite the friendly face in the Scoutpost
Helped me and Mr. Pensive multiple times during the reign of the Instrumentalist.
From what they’ve told me. Excadrill was their first Pkmn, a gift from their creator. The other four they found on their journeys.
Diggory is quite a reluctant battler. Tends to only battle if in a dangerous wild encounter, and not so much for the trainer sport.
Excadrill Reborn:
A new form of Excadrill powered by Indie Radiation from the Heart in the North.
Much like Olivier’s unique form of Castform and Altaria, Diggory’s Excadrill can now be pushed beyond it’s limits and enter a temporary super-powered form, much like the lost art of Mega Evolution.
Unlike Olivier who studied this phenomenon at Downing Hill, it seems Diggory doesn’t know how to control or conduct Excadrill whilst in this state and as a result, Excadrill finds itself in exceeding pain when in this form.
Even if Diggory learnt how to wield this power, I’m not sure if they’d want to use it.
Hallowed Probopass:
A new variant of Probopass commonly found in the Northmost woods.
Undocumented until Diggory Graves returned from the North with on after their own Nosepass evolved.
The first instance of a Hallowed Pkmn that isn’t the Hallowed-type. Probopass’ changes come from being exposed to the Heart’s corruption rather than the black rains.
Hallowed Probopass exposure to the Heart has given it the ability to foresee futures and telekinetically launch its distorted pieces at its opponents.
Probopass’ features have been misplaced, and yet Probopass seems to be unaffected by this. Each move as it they were still in place.
Ambush attackers. Surprises prey by bursting from the ground beneath them
Although affected by the Black Rains, the Pkmn’s alterations appear partly human-made.
Ridiculous brute strength. Able to lift trucks effortlessly. Definitely a Pkmn for more experienced trainers.
It’s muscly body threatens to tear constantly. Mr. Pensive theorised that the stitches that hold it together were a change given to this species by Irene Mend (a witch familiar with soul binding). Suggesting she may have had some part to play in the creation of this Hallowed variant.
Very happy with these guys. Gonna be here doing the Mendies for a while it seems. Stitchery be next

Lore and ramblings below~
Witch’s Notes (Hallowed Minccino):
A Minccino, deceased. Five days at the least
A pelt bundle, three. Skinned from an Eevee
Patchwork comes next.
12 catch, 12 whip, and 1 back stitched.
Tears of the Garden’s might. Dripped on the corpse sewn tight
12 drops, no more. Lest stitches tore
Minccino rise. Minccino gleam
Collect the dust. Sweep and clean
Witch’s Notes (Hallowed Lombre):
A Lombre that’s passed. Four days no less
The leek of a Farfetch’d. Stripped, and pressed
The bark of Phantump. Reshaped, reformed
Stitches changing. Six then four
Cross stitch, chain stitch. On arms, on head
Droplets of Black revive the dead
Lombre mop. Lombre mope
And join their club. A perfect companion for Floris Scrubbs
Groundskeeper’s Notes:
One of Diggory Graves’ siblings and one of the seven Revenants created by Irene Mend (aka The Mendies). Floris being made for the purpose of housecleaning.
Not a big fan of battling, Floris and their Pokémon prefer to carry out their janitor role to this day and have created something of a cleaning enterprise with their speciality.
Despite a lack of a battling career, Floris and their siblings are challenged quite often by challenge-seeking Pkmn veterans.
Their Pokémon (the Hallowed forms of Lombre and Minccino) were made by Irene Mend, which tends to mean they’re stuffed with muscle and prowess that topples that of most fully evolved Pokémon.
To best a Mendie in a Pokémon battle has become something of an unofficial achievement that Scout City trainers would strive for.
I don’t believe the Mendies were particularly keen when this trend started happening. To be chased down and ushered into a Pkmn battle is fairly standard in some places, but to stalk a specific individual and pester them into a battle because they have one-of-a-kind super-powered Pokémon is less than okay.
Some of the Mendies quite enjoy thrashing cocky trainers in battle. Other’s don’t. Floris leans closer to the latter, but I’ve seen them smile when their Minccino sends heavyweight soaring with one hit of it’s Tail Slap attack.
Floris has the common phobia of Bug-type Pkmn, which is the reason for their surplus of Unkindle
Beware the Botulus Corporation and their genetically engineered Pokémon!
Here is an altered Vikavolt, named Clustervolt, based off of the Cluster Drone the PROD squad face against in season 2 when they rescue Moth Scarberry.
Please don’t mind the rushed “evil-team” logo I whipped up for BotCo (I’m still on the job).

Groundskeeper’s Notes:
Patrols ruined roadways searching for survivors.
Watch out for it’s hypodermic legs, being stung by one will give you lucid dreams that will try and get you to you agree to the Ts and Cs of a BotCo dreaming box.
This Pkmn cannot be caught, gives off some kind of signal that stops Pokéballs from working.
Fires elemental beams from it’s mandible-cannon.
Strike hard and aim for it’s eyes. Don’t hold back; the Vikavolt inside can’t be saved from BotCo’s implants.
Alternative Rattata form with a new Rat King inspired evo
Happy New Year too

Groundskeeper’s Notes.
Venture out of the Scoutpost and you’ll see plenty of these critters
They hunt in swarms, when too many Rattata in a swarm evolve simultaneously a Rattaking emerges
Be weary of their hypnotic abilities and fiery bodies
A handy pkmn to give to starting trainers, as it is doesn’t evolve on its own; a minimum of three need to evolve in the same vicinity if one wishes to risk a Rattaking attack
Rattaking are common threats in the Northmost woods. Thought to be their place of birth
Redesigns of my Fastidious Rotwhelk Pkmn bc I didn’t think the original designs met the ‘Pokémon-lookalike-standard’ I hold myself to
The colours are better, the shapes are better, the poses are better. I changed it’s typing to poison (rather than water) for no reason other than “rot” being part of its name.
Drew some Pkmn native to the Hallowoods, based off of the eyeless owls mentioned in the series, and the fastidious rotwhelks molluscs that attack Clara / Diggory at different points in Season 1

Lore below cut
Groundskeeper’s notes:
Peepahoot and Hexestrix
A menacing pest that resides on the lower pine tree branches to stalk those passing by
If you ever see more than three in any one place, prepare to run or fight.
Groups of Peepahoot are lead by its hallowed evolution Hexestrix. The former deters victims off safe pathways in groups and chase them into their territories. Forcing victims deeper into their woods, delivering them to their leading Hexestrix for an easy meal.
Peepahoot are not the strongest Pkmn, so when encountering an ambush of them it’s best to retreat. Stay on the safe pathways! If you are apt at battling Pkmn you can push through them instead. Either way don’t let them chase you off the pathways. There’s worse than Hexestrix out there.
To lighten the mood: A fun fact about Peepahoot and Hexestrix anatomy. Their necks are able to grow and shrink on demand. Furthermore, their necks are unbreakable. As in, they can constantly spin 360 degrees.
The mask Peepahoot wears is made of wood and is carved by it’s talons. We believe the face plays a part in leading victims towards a Hexestrix. Peepahoot are faceless behind it, perhaps the uncanny face on the mask scares better than the faceless alternative. That is until the Peepahoot evolves.
Rottle and Rotwhelk
Wild Rottle are fairly harmless, but their evolutions are not.
Rotwhelk can be found in most bogs, streams, lakes, or beach sides.
They collect items that would be of interest to trainers, rare Pokéballs, evolutionary stones, nuggets, old battle items, etc, and attach them to its shell
The fooled trainer would attempt to pry one of these items off its shell only to be confronted with a Rotwhelk interested on dissolving and digesting the trainer.
Despite the dangers, Rotwhelk are commonly hunted to obtain the rare items on its shell. Whilst most are ruined by the solution Rotwhelk excretes to glue its items in place, some, like the evolution stones and nuggets can be reclaimed, used, or sold.
The little guys have grown. I’m quite happy with them, though I might revisit Frogmolog in the future, it is a little like a Machamp and Poliwrath fusion but we’ll see
Hope you guys like them.
Thank you to ‘shiny-maractus’ for recommending “Scorvid” as a name for my fire starter. I wouldn’t have come up with Scorviduel without you :)

Now you’ve seen the final forms, which would you want?
Venivorus - Grass
Scorviduel - Fire
Frogmolog - Water

Groundskeeper’s notes below:
Venivorus:
A Pokémon that can talk and shapeshift, to an extent, using it’s barbed vines to coil into whatever shape it wants. It tends to choose a humanoid form and wear a wooden mask to make people more comfortable around it
Still as dedicated as it was before to work flawlessly with it’s trainer, but it has lost it’s polite butler-like etiquette and often taunts and insults it’s opponents in battle.
I’ve not known a Pokémon to swear before, I wonder if its knowledge of swears comes from the Venus itself, because Venivorus trainers will say it can’t be learning that language from them
As well as barbed strikes and kicks, Venivorus still prefers to bite it’s enemies, which it does with it toothed rose buds. Quite the appetite.
Professor Menken has about a dozen of these Pokémon guard his laboratory. Makes visits to him quite daunting, he’s taught them to stay still and silent as they guard his doorways, and I swear they never take their focus off me
The Professor kindly gave me one during our fieldwork together, it has saved me life multiple times since. It’s rather worrying how many I owe my life to at his point…
Scorviduel
This final form of Unkindle sees the minds of both Unkindle and Conjorvus come together as Scorviduel.
Two Pokémon operate independently. In battle, the flaming raven typically takes to the skies and the physical raven typically fights on the ground. A challenging Pokémon to go up against.
However the fiery raven is tethered to the other’s tail feathers and has a limit on how far away it can be from it’s counterpart which can be a detriment in battle.
Deputy Ignatius boasts often of his Scorviduel, and has gotten into trouble coaxing novice trainers into challenging him for their first badge, just to keep his win / loss record looking good
Both Harrow and Arnold own a Scorviduel from their days at Downing Hill. Ms. Tepiani kindly traded me her’s, I get the impression she wasn’t fond of how it reminded her of that place.
Frogmolog
Dear god, did it take Scout City a while to get used to having these Pokémon living here after years of Froglin attacks. To be honest, most still give them a wide berth.
I, however, do not have that luxury and get to document them up close.
Now they’re not instructed to bring down our walls and crush our skulls, they’re really… passive, it’s very surreal,
They’re been very handy to have around. The amount of fishing and construction work we’ve managed to complete with their assistance is staggering
Much like it’s previous evolutions, Frogmolog can jump to ridiculous heights. It can easily get to the lower trunk from the Stumps in a minute at most.
And that’s to say nothing of it’s muscle and punches. My sister, Heather, had the idea to spar with her’s one day. It was a terrifying spectacle, both parties receiving several broken bones afterwards. Mom was not happy.
