Hm. There are very few Silm characters I hate -- the only ones who come to mind are Morgoth, Eol, and Maeglin. Most other characters I either like/love or am indifferent to. But I guess I'll go with Morgoth:
He's got an impressive flair for drama. Guy would make a bitchin' theater kid in any high school AU.
He's a goal setter and a go-getter! He knows exactly what he wants out of the world and he sets out to accomplish it.
He was sensible enough to be afraid of Fingolfin! I love when people are rightfully afraid of my blorbos.

Haha. Hahahaha. Unfortunately, I have a case of writer's block so bad right now that writing even a five words of dialogue feels like I'm chipping letters into stone with a chisel. Fifty words? That sure as hell ain't happenin'. Maybe next time.

Submitter Notes: These poems show how really well Zdenka knows Sappho. She is able both to tune into her imagery, expressions and emotions and use that ability to shape a narrative arc of a particular relationship (something that the surviving fragments of Sappho’s poetry do not offer us, although they set us guessing). It is sensitively done and moving. (Not to mention the skill with which Zdenka handles the Sapphic stanza.)
