So far away and yet more revelent than ever. I have moved on from many of the basics in design that I once experimented with so obsessively. So many things planned for this year, however with each step forward I also have to close old chapters. One of the biggest hurdles with analog art is that eventually everything must be digitized. Today I am organizing and scanning everything. Including this selection from a small window of 6 months in 2015. It feels like I am visiting old friends. When I started instagram, opened up and started sharing my art it was super scary. But now looking back I can remember the conversations I had with people around me while I was drawing, experiences shared, and overall these things are trapped in a place that doesn't even exist anymore, but the lines, the patterns, colours and shapes will continue to move forward and express through barriers in time.
