I’m currently immersed in a second playthrough through one of my favorite JRPGS, Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom. The story and characters are always so charming and funny whenever I explore around the open world, but one character I feel is so underrated happens to be Mr. Higglesworth. He claims to be a spirit called a Higgledy and does his utmost to be like one but he’s an honest-to-god human who has fun doing something he loves to do. Sure, people find him odd, but I actually think it’s pretty cool that he wants to be one with the Higgledies.

  
It’s really a shame you can’t get him to become a resident of Evermore because he’s hands-down one of the coolest NPCs I’ve come across. I found myself going back to him to trade some pebbles for stat-boosting candies every so often. But for some reason, I didn’t really like how his upper torso and flab were exposed, so I decided to draw some new clothes for him as well and have the Higgledies deliver them to him. I dunno. I guess I just have a weird thing for making alterations to a character’s clothes to avoid any innuendos or something. Overall, I really wanted to give Mr. Higglesworth the homage he deserves. If there’s ever a sequel to Ni no Kuni 2, I’d really like to see him in a similar getup like the one I drew here! Higgy-piggle! XD
